The Levoit EverestAir-P is a large, feature-rich air purifier with a manufacturer-rated CADR of 354 CFM, app and voice controls, and a washable pre-filter. Its headline room-size figures mean different things: Levoit lists 2,635 square feet at one air change per hour (ACH), but 549 square feet at 4.8 ACH. The larger number describes much less frequent air cleaning, so the smaller figure is the more useful reference if you want air recirculated several times per hour.
How much space can the EverestAir-P cover?
Levoit lists a CADR of 354 CFM for the EverestAir-P. CADR is a measure of how quickly an air cleaner delivers filtered air; it does not by itself specify how often all the air in a room is cleaned. Levoit pairs that rating with two room-size estimates: 2,635 square feet at 1 ACH and 549 square feet at 4.8 ACH. These are manufacturer specifications, with no publication year stated on the product page.
ACH is the number of times a room’s air volume passes through the purifier in an hour. At 1 ACH, the implied turnover is once per hour; at 4.8 ACH, it is nearly five times per hour. Those are not equivalent coverage claims. For a space where more frequent air cleaning matters, use the 549-square-foot estimate as the more relevant of Levoit’s two figures, while remembering that room layout, ceiling height, placement, and operating speed affect real-world results.
What features does Levoit list?
According to Levoit, the purifier uses three-stage filtration, including a washable pre-filter, and displays PM1.0, PM2.5, and PM10 readings. It also has a clean-air percentage display, filter indicator, sleep mode, wheels, and an outlet whose angle can be set to 45°, 60°, 75°, or 90°. These are listed product features, not independently verified performance findings.

Levoit says the unit can be controlled in the VeSync app and connected through that app to Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. The manufacturer also lists a pre-installed original filter, user manual, quick-start guide, and power cord in the box.
What does the independent review say about everyday use?
TechRadar’s October 4, 2025 review describes hands-on use of an EverestAir identified as model LAP-EL551S-AUS, the suffix shown on Levoit’s EverestAir-P product page. That offers a relevant independent perspective, but readers should keep the variant identification in mind when applying the reviewer’s observations to the EverestAir-P.

TechRadar reports that its reviewer tested the purifier against second-hand smoke odor, describing clearance in roughly 10–12 minutes in a bedroom and 20–30 minutes in a large open-plan living space. The review also discusses use of the app and controls, sleep mode, and pre-filter maintenance. These are results and impressions from one reviewer’s home, not a guarantee for other rooms or conditions, and not testing performed for this article. The review’s reported 354 CFM CADR and 24–56 dB range align with Levoit’s published specifications.

Levoit lists rated power at 70 W and 1 A, with AC 120 V, 60 Hz power. Its published noise range is 24–56 dB. The product page gives dimensions of 18.9 × 8.5 × 23.2 inches (48 × 21.6 × 58.9 cm). These are manufacturer figures; the sources here do not establish independent noise or power measurements.

Which replacement filter fits, and how often does it need attention?
Levoit’s official EverestAir-P replacement is filter model LRF-E551-WUS, which the company says is compatible only with the EverestAir-P. Levoit describes a main filter with a high-efficiency activated-carbon filter and estimates 12–15 months of use. That is an expected interval, not a guarantee: actual life can vary with use and air conditions. The available information does not establish a replacement sensor methodology or third-party compatibility.
Levoit recommends cleaning the washable pre-filter every 2–4 weeks. For a replacement, the manufacturer’s instructions are to unplug the purifier, remove the front cover and old filter, unwrap the new filter, reinstall the filter and pre-filter, then hold the Filter Info Button for three seconds to reset the indicator. The replacement page showed a regular price of $99.99 when surfaced; check Levoit’s current listing for the price before buying.

Is the Levoit EverestAir-P worth considering?
The EverestAir-P is worth considering if you want app and voice controls, onboard particulate readings, adjustable airflow direction, and wheels in a purifier with a substantial stated CADR. Its room-size claim needs careful reading: the 2,635-square-foot figure is specified at just 1 ACH, while the 549-square-foot estimate is specified at 4.8 ACH. Factor in the proprietary replacement filter and its recurring cost as well as the unit’s size and listed 70 W rated power.
