Lenovo’s CES 2026 announcements introduce several business PCs for the year, including new ThinkPad models, a ThinkBook with a motorized rotating display and a ThinkCentre all-in-one with a tall, near-square screen. Lenovo’s January 6 announcement does not establish that these are its exclusive 2026 business PCs, and its availability and price figures are launch estimates rather than verified current offers.
What Lenovo announced for its 2026 business PC lineup
Lenovo’s January 6, 2026 CES announcement identifies five notable commercial PCs: the ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 14 Aura Edition, ThinkPad X1 2-in-1 Gen 11 Aura Edition, ThinkPad X9 15p Aura Edition, ThinkBook Plus Gen 7 Auto Twist and ThinkCentre X AIO Aura Edition. Lenovo’s portfolio overview places the ThinkPad Aura Edition models and X9 15p in its premium commercial lineup.
The names describe distinct formats rather than a set of interchangeable laptops: the X1 Carbon and X9 15p are conventional premium notebooks, the X1 2-in-1 is a convertible, the ThinkBook Plus adds automatic screen rotation, and the ThinkCentre X is an all-in-one desktop. Lenovo’s announcements provide feature descriptions and estimated launch information, not independent performance comparisons or hands-on test results. See Lenovo’s CES 2026 business innovation announcement and its CES portfolio overview.
ThinkBook Plus Gen 7 Auto Twist: a screen that rotates automatically
The ThinkBook Plus Gen 7 Auto Twist is the lineup’s unusual notebook. Lenovo says its motorized dual-rotation hinge adjusts the display for posture, work mode or presentation angle, with transitions between notebook, tablet and sharing modes. That design may suit people who frequently turn a screen toward a colleague or switch how they use the device; Lenovo’s announcement does not establish how well those transitions work in everyday use.
