Lenovo’s Legion Aurora Y7 MG is a China-market gaming mouse announced at a reported launch price of ¥499. It weighs about 59 g, uses a PixArt PAW3950 sensor and supports up to 8,000 Hz polling over 2.4 GHz wireless or USB-C wired connections—not Bluetooth. Availability outside China was unconfirmed in July 2026.

Does the Y7 MG support wireless 8K polling?
Yes. Launch coverage specifies up to 8,000 Hz in the mouse’s 2.4 GHz wireless mode as well as when connected by USB-C. Bluetooth is a separate connection option, and the reporting does not specify 8,000 Hz polling over Bluetooth. Notebookcheck says Lenovo recommends a recent high-end PC for best performance at the maximum polling rate (Notebookcheck).

How much does the Lenovo Legion Y7 MG cost?
IT Home reported a China launch price of ¥499 on July 24, 2026. Lenovo’s product knowledge page listed ¥499 as a reference price on July 28, 2026 (IT Home; Lenovo). These are dated China-market figures, not a confirmed current price in other countries.
Is the Y7 MG available outside China?
International availability had not been confirmed in Notebookcheck’s July 25, 2026 coverage. Lenovo’s captured China store listing showed the mouse but marked it unavailable; stock and availability can change (Notebookcheck; Lenovo China Store). The available reports do not establish an overseas release date or price.

What remains untested
The published coverage establishes listed specifications, but not independent results for battery runtime, latency, comfort or long-term durability. The 500 mAh battery-capacity figure does not establish how long the mouse lasts between charges. Buyers should also consider its dimensions, shell material, connection modes and local availability rather than treating the polling-rate maximum alone as a measure of performance.
