For free-to-play players, the best first purchase in Legend of Kingdoms is usually no purchase at all. Start with login, story, quest, and event rewards, then spend scarce resources only on upgrades that address a real need in your active team. No current paid offer can be recommended as the best value without checking its price and contents in your own game.
What free-to-play players should do first
StarBoom Studio’s Google Play listing describes Legend of Kingdoms: Idle RPG as a hero-collection idle RPG with story progression, auto-battle, alliances, arena competition, and team modes. It advertises 400 free draws through logins and 3,000 through main-story progress. Those are publisher-listed reward totals, not a guarantee that every account will receive every draw; check the live game for eligibility and terms.
Before spending money or premium currency, collect the rewards already available to you. Pocket Gamer’s January 2025 guide says free players can earn Recruit Tickets, Jades, and some heroes through story progress and events. It also recommends focusing upgrades on the heroes you actively use because resources are limited. That is dated third-party advice, so verify event availability and current balance in-game.

- Invest upgrade materials in a compact active team rather than spreading them across the full collection.
When Jade spending makes sense
Pocket Gamer identifies Jades as the primary premium currency and suggests using them on useful shop items such as hero shards or Advance Crystals when those items meet a roster need. The guide also allows for a few early summons if they fill a team gap, while advising players to save once they have a clearer priority.

The guide’s suggestion to wait until roughly 10,000 Jades before spending is the author’s personal rule of thumb—not a proven optimal breakpoint or a game requirement. Your decision should depend on what your team needs and what the live shop currently offers.
- Consider spending: the item directly supports a needed hero or upgrade and you cannot reasonably wait for a free source.
- Hold your Jades: you are buying out of habit, the item does not solve a current team need, or you have not yet decided what to prioritize.
How to judge a real-money offer
The Google Play listing confirms that the game has in-app purchases, but it does not show the current offer catalog, bundle contents, or prices. Those details may vary by platform and region, so inspect the offer shown in your own game before deciding. There is not enough information here to rank a specific paid bundle or call one the best value.

A player review dated June 24, 2025 described War Island as time-sensitive and pay-to-win. In a reply dated June 25, 2025, StarBoom Studio said that “War Island represents the game’s cross-server system” and that “Most gameplay modes are cross-server to ensure sufficient player participation for smooth event operation and balanced reward distribution.” These statements establish the player’s concern and the publisher’s explanation of the mode; they do not show that purchases are required or measure outcomes for free and paying players.
