Kyocera’s published speed depends on paper size and regional source: the Europe product page lists up to 21 pages per minute (ppm) for A4 monochrome and color, while the US specification guide lists up to 22 ppm on Letter and 21 ppm on A4 for both black and color. These are manufacturer-listed speeds, not independent test results or a promise of the rate for every document or workflow.

Does it print double-sided?
Yes. The US specification guide lists standard duplex printing for paper sizes from Statement through Legal. Automatic two-sided printing can reduce manual page handling for longer documents, though the guide does not establish how quickly a particular duplex job will complete.
Paper handling and document feeder
For the US configuration, Kyocera lists a 250-sheet drawer and 50-sheet multipurpose tray, for 300 sheets of standard input capacity, plus a 150-sheet output tray. The guide lists the optional PF-5110 paper feed cassette as a 250-sheet accessory, bringing listed input capacity to 550 sheets when installed.

The US specification guide lists a 50-sheet automatic document processor for handling originals during scanning, copying or faxing. The cited specifications do not establish whether that processor scans both sides of an original in one pass; check the manual or the exact regional product documentation if that feature is important.

The US guide lists Ethernet, USB 2.0, 802.11a/b/g/n/ac wireless networking and Wi-Fi Direct. For scans, it lists SMB network folders, email, FTP and USB as destinations. Resolution, size and weight
The US specification guide lists print resolutions of 600 × 600 dpi and 1,200 × 1,200 dpi at reduced speed. These are specification figures; they do not substitute for an independent assessment of text, graphics or photo quality.
Kyocera US lists dimensions of 16.1 × 16.4 × 18.0 inches and a weight of 57.3 pounds. Kyocera Europe lists 410 × 416 × 457 mm and an approximate weight of 26 kg including toner. The figures are regional listings, so use the dimensions and weight for the specific market configuration when planning installation space or moving the unit.

What toner does the MA2101cwfx use?
Kyocera’s US specification guide lists two toner families for the model. The stated yields are manufacturer-listed figures, not guaranteed page counts: actual results depend on print coverage and use. Confirm the cartridge code and regional compatibility before ordering.

What the available specifications do—and do not—tell you
The manufacturer documentation establishes the listed functions, paper handling, connections, dimensions and consumables. It does not establish independently tested print quality, real-world speed, reliability, noise, setup experience, operating cost, current price or retailer availability. Kyocera’s product description uses terms such as reliability and affordability, but those are marketing claims rather than independent findings.
For a purchase decision, match the unit’s regional specifications to your needs: paper-size speed, automatic duplex printing, document-feeder workflow, input capacity, network and scan destinations, and available toner. The cited sources do not provide competitor results or independent cost data to support a claim that this model is better value than another office color MFP.
