Khyber Pakhtunkhwa launched an e-Fard service and a digital feedback system for revenue services on October 2, 2026. Launch reports describe three ways to access an e-Fard—through the government website, the Dastak App, or a NADRA e-Sahulat Centre—with biometric verification required to download it. The feedback system is designed to collect post-service responses and route complaints to district officials.
What the launch includes
Chief Minister Muhammad Sohail Afridi launched the two initiatives on October 2, 2026, according to The News. The e-Fard is a citizen-facing way to obtain a digital land-record extract. The feedback system is an administrative monitoring mechanism for people who have used revenue services. The government described the reforms as intended to improve access, transparency, efficiency and responsiveness, and to reduce repeat visits to revenue offices; those are stated aims, not independently measured results.
The launch is part of a wider Revenue & Estate Department digitization program: its announcements index lists a digital reforms announcement dated September 16, 2026, and an e-Sahulat Digitized Fard standard operating procedure (SOP) dated March 11, 2026. Those earlier documents provide context but do not confirm that every portal function was available in every district on launch day. See the Revenue & Estate Department announcements.

Launch coverage names three access channels: the department’s website self-service portal, the Dastak App and NADRA e-Sahulat Centres. The reports do not provide a precise live portal address or establish district-by-district availability, so use the department’s current official service information to confirm the route available to you.
#1 Best Overall
- Package Includes: 1 pcs teacher record book; 8-1/2 x 11 inch; 70 pages
- Teacher record book leaves plenty of room to record grades for assignments; attendance; tests
- Each two page spread leaves enough space for 10 weeks worth of record keeping; Perforated pages means you could write class list once over several pages
- Teacher record book provides a way for teachers to stay organized; Keeping track of attendance or test scores becomes an easy thing for teachers

- Choose an access channel. Use the website or Dastak App for self-service, or visit a NADRA e-Sahulat Centre for in-person assistance. The available launch information does not rank these channels by speed, cost or coverage.
- Complete identity verification. NADRA biometric verification is reported as required to download an e-Fard.
- Pay electronically. Officials said the prescribed charge is deposited to the government treasury electronically through 1LINK and easypaisa. The launch reports and cited SOP page do not state the fee amount.
- Retrieve the document. According to the launch report, a paid Fard is retained in the citizen’s account for later downloads.
- Check the QR code if needed. The reported QR feature allows online verification against the central land record. It verifies the document against that record; it should not be taken as a guarantee that the underlying record is error-free.
What an e-Fard represents
The department’s March 11, 2026 SOP describes a Digitized Fard issued through NADRA e-Sahulat as a digitally generated extract of the latest periodic land record held in the Land Records Management Information System (LRMIS). It is intended as a public facilitation mechanism, and issuance is governed by the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967, and Land Revenue Rules, 2021. The SOP cites Sections 39, 41-A, 42-A, 52 and 55. Read the department’s Digitized Fard SOP information.
How the digital feedback system works
Dawn’s October 3, 2026 report says the system contacts people who have used revenue services through randomized phone calls. Their responses are recorded in audio and classified into one of four satisfaction levels. If someone is dissatisfied, the complaint is reflected on the relevant deputy commissioner’s dashboard, where officials can monitor delays, service gaps and performance issues. Feedback is intended to inform ongoing district monitoring and monthly deputy commissioner performance reviews. Dawn’s launch report attributes the four-level classification and audio recording details to an official statement.
Rank #2
The described process is a way to surface feedback for officials; available launch information does not establish that every service user will receive a call, that responses are anonymous, or that a complaint is guaranteed to be resolved. The reports provide no measured launch results for adoption, processing time, user satisfaction, complaint resolution or savings.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsWhat remains unconfirmed
Public launch coverage and the cited SOP do not establish the current e-Fard fee, detailed applicant eligibility, service timelines, district-level availability, or a helpdesk escalation route for portal failures. Check the Revenue & Estate Department’s official service information for current instructions before relying on a particular fee or process. Do not assume that a feature reported at launch is available in every location.
