The US collection page also links to Steam and Epic Games Store. The storefronts listed and product availability can vary by region, so check the store serving your country for current availability.
Nintendo Canada lists a digital Switch 2 edition with an October 8 release date. Its listing gives the rating as Fantasy Violence, Mild Blood, Mild Language, and Use of Alcohol, while noting that preorder information—including rating and download size—may not be final.
Physical or digital: what should buyers know?
Square Enix lists physical editions for Nintendo Switch 2 and PlayStation 5. The physical collection requires an internet connection to download additional data; it is not presented as a package that can be played entirely from the physical medium without that download. Digital editions are also listed, with PC storefront options depending on region.

Is there a demo, and can its progress carry over?
Square Enix lists a demo for KINGDOM HEARTS III + Re Mind with two playable sections:
Rank #3
- The latest installment in the beloved Kingdom Hearts series, Re:Coded unites Sora, Mickey, Donald, Goofy and a host of familiar faces from Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy once again for an exciting new adventure
- All-new features include a new character growth system created specifically for the Nintendo DS release, building on the series' immersive blend of action and role-playing elements
- Guide Sora like never before through exciting new boss battles
- Players can design their own avatar using over 800 unlockable parts and trade playable maps with friends
- Varied gameplay inspired by side-scrolling, shooting and classic Final Fantasy games
- The opening through the early stages of Olympus
- A section from the start of Toy Box through the midpoint of that world
Save data from the first section can carry over to the full game. The stated carry-over rule applies to that first demo section; the announcement does not extend it to the Toy Box section.
Who qualifies for the previous-owner discount?
Square Enix says owners of specified earlier digital versions on Nintendo Switch Cloud, PlayStation 4, or Xbox One qualify for 50% off digital pre-orders and post-launch purchases on supported platforms. Nintendo’s listing describes eligibility for owners of all individual KINGDOM HEARTS Cloud titles or KINGDOM HEARTS INTEGRUM MASTERPIECE for Cloud.
Because eligibility wording and store availability may differ, check your purchase history and the terms shown in your regional store. Nintendo also warns, “Please ensure you do not purchase the same content more than once,” because this product is included in other bundle sets.

Square Enix specifically says Nintendo Switch Cloud owners can transfer save data to Nintendo Switch 2. The announcement says save-data transfers are not supported for other platforms; it does not establish cross-platform transfer beyond that Switch Cloud-to-Switch 2 case.
Which platform-specific Keyblade is included?
Square Enix lists these platform-exclusive in-game Keyblades for qualifying purchases: Long Night for Nintendo Switch, Midnight Blue for PlayStation, Phantom Green for Xbox, and Dead of Night for Steam. Confirm the qualifying edition and purchase terms with the store in your region.
