JBL announced the PartyBox 720 in India at a launch MRP of ₹99,999, alongside five other PartyBox speakers. It is the range’s large-gathering option, rated at 800 W RMS and equipped with two XLR inputs. JBL India’s product page displayed ₹89,999 on 7 October 2026, while retaining the ₹99,999 MRP; live prices and availability can change.
JBL PartyBox 720 price in India and launch details
HARMAN’s India announcement, dated 5 October 2026, lists the PartyBox 720 at ₹99,999 MRP and says the lineup is available through JBL India and leading retail and e-commerce platforms. The JBL India product page showed a price of ₹89,999 inclusive of taxes and an MRP of ₹99,999 when observed on 7 October 2026. That is a displayed reduction of ₹10,000 from MRP, not a guarantee of a continuing offer.
The launch adds five models at lower MRPs: PartyBox 330 at ₹64,999, PartyBox 130 at ₹46,999, PartyBox On-The-Go 2 Plus at ₹44,999, PartyBox On-The-Go 2 at ₹39,999, and PartyBox Encore 2 Plus at ₹39,999. These are launch MRPs listed by HARMAN, not necessarily the prices retailers currently charge.

What the PartyBox 720 includes
JBL specifies 800 W RMS output, two 9-inch woofers, twin 30 mm dome tweeters, a frequency response of 32 Hz–20 kHz, and a 31 kg weight. These are manufacturer specifications; they are not independent measurements of loudness or sound quality. The two XLR inputs are intended for microphones, a guitar, or a DJ console.
#1 Best Overall
- Superior JBL Pro Sound: We’re cranking out 800 watts of JBL Pro Sound—loud, clean, and full of deep bass from those two massive 9” woofers. The tweeters keep the highs crisp and clear, so every track hits just right and the dance floor stays packed.
- Futuristic lightshow: Mix all that epic sound with a lightshow to match—vibrant stars, flowing trails, and strobes that move with the beat. It’s a full-on vibe.
- Up to 15 hours playtime: Keep the music going for up to 15 hours on a single charge. Need more juice? Swap in the backup batteries (sold separately) and keep it moving. Just need a quick boost? A 10-minute fast charge gets you up to 2 extra hours of playtime.
- Ergonomic integrated handle and wider sturdy wheels: Taking the party outside just got easier—wider wheels roll smooth on rough ground, and the built-in handle makes it easy to grab and go.
- IPX4 Splash proof: Whether we’re hanging in the park or chilling by the pool, the PartyBox 720 is IPX4 splash proof—so a little water is no big deal.
- Moving it: JBL lists wheels and an ergonomic handle. The wheels make it easier to roll than to carry, but the specified 31 kg weight matters if you need to lift it into a car or up stairs.
- Outdoor protection: The 720 is rated IPX4, meaning splash resistance rather than protection against submersion or heavy exposure to water.
- Connecting speakers: JBL lists Auracast multi-speaker connection.
- Battery: JBL claims up to 15 hours of playtime. Actual runtime will depend on use, and this maximum figure is not a measured test result. The product page specifies two JBL Battery 600 lithium-ion packs as the battery type and says spare batteries are sold separately; it does not establish that extra packs are included.
How the 720 compares with the other five PartyBox speakers
HARMAN’s 5 October 2026 launch announcement provides these output, runtime, portability, input, karaoke and MRP distinctions:
| Model | Output and claimed battery life | Portability and notable features | Launch MRP |
|---|---|---|---|
| PartyBox 720 | 800 W RMS; up to 15 hours | Wheels and handle; two XLR inputs | ₹99,999 |
| PartyBox 330 | 280 W RMS; up to 18 hours | Telescopic handle and wheels; optical TV input; dual mic/guitar inputs | ₹64,999 |
| PartyBox 130 | 200 W RMS; up to 15 hours | Foldable handle; optical TV input; dual mic/guitar inputs | ₹46,999 |
| PartyBox On-The-Go 2 Plus | 100 W RMS; up to 15 hours | Shoulder strap and handle; EasySing AI Vocal Removal; one EasySing mic included | ₹44,999 |
| PartyBox On-The-Go 2 | 100 W RMS; up to 15 hours | Shoulder strap and handle; one wireless microphone included; no AI Vocal Removal | ₹39,999 |
| PartyBox Encore 2 Plus | 100 W RMS; up to 15 hours | Grab-and-go handle; EasySing AI Vocal Removal; one EasySing mic included | ₹39,999 |
HARMAN says the PartyBox 330 and 130 also add USB-C lossless audio, Auracast and dual mic/guitar inputs. The 330 is the next step down if you want wheels and a longer claimed maximum runtime at a lower launch MRP; the 130 costs less again and has a foldable handle. Their lower rated outputs do not, on their own, establish how they will sound in a particular room.

Which model makes sense for your use?
Choose the 720 for a large gathering and wired performance inputs
The 720’s defining tradeoffs are its 800 W RMS rating, dual XLR inputs and wheeled 31 kg form factor, set against the highest launch MRP in this group. It is the clearest fit if those inputs and the flagship positioning matter more than a lower price or a lighter unit. JBL does not list EasySing AI Vocal Removal for this model, so do not choose it on the assumption that this karaoke feature is included.

Both models have an optical TV input and dual mic/guitar inputs according to HARMAN. The 330 raises the output rating to 280 W RMS and claims up to 18 hours, with wheels and a telescopic handle. The 130 is rated at 200 W RMS, claims up to 15 hours, and has a foldable handle. These may suit buyers who value TV connectivity and a lower launch price over the 720’s stated output and dual XLR connections.

Pick an On-The-Go or Encore model for included-mic karaoke
The 100 W RMS On-The-Go 2 Plus and Encore 2 Plus include one EasySing mic and list AI Vocal Removal. The On-The-Go 2 is also rated 100 W RMS and includes one wireless microphone, but HARMAN says it does not have AI Vocal Removal. Its ₹39,999 launch MRP matches the Encore 2 Plus, while the On-The-Go 2 Plus is listed at ₹44,999. These models prioritize included karaoke microphones and easier portability over the 720’s output and XLR-focused setup.

AI Vocal Removal is listed for the On-The-Go 2 Plus and Encore 2 Plus, not the PartyBox 720. HARMAN separately describes the EasySing Mics, supplied as a pair, as offering real-time vocal removal, Voice Boost, reverb, echo control and noise suppression, with up to 10 hours of battery life and a 30 m wireless range. Those are manufacturer claims for the microphones; the standalone pair is distinct from the single EasySing mic included with the two Plus speakers.

Buying considerations before paying
- Compare the checkout price with the ₹99,999 launch MRP: JBL India displayed ₹89,999 on 7 October 2026, but prices and stock can change.
- Check whether the included accessories meet your needs. JBL’s product page identifies the battery type and says spare batteries are sold separately; do not assume extra Battery 600 packs are included.
- Plan for the 31 kg specified weight. Wheels help on a suitable surface but do not eliminate the need to lift the speaker for stairs or vehicle loading.
- Choose based on inputs: the 720 has two XLR inputs; HARMAN lists optical TV and dual mic/guitar inputs on the 330 and 130; the portable models emphasize included wireless or EasySing microphones.
