Does the Game Boy Color look work?
Reviewers praise the colorful pixel art and deliberate Game Boy Color-era presentation, and the nostalgic visual style is a central part of the game’s identity. The same visual density can also work against clarity: a SuperPhillip Central review says that clutter in maps and dungeons can make it hard to tell what can be picked up, walked through, or traversed over. The pixel-art approach may be appealing, but readable object boundaries matter when puzzles depend on recognizing what can be copied or used.

Noisy Pixel reports that some jumping sections can feel imprecise. Combined with narrow routes and backtracking, those sections may frustrate players who want consistently exact platforming. A rough main-quest estimate is available, but it should not be treated as a universal completion time: Noisy Pixel’s reviewer estimated about 15 hours for the main quest in the September 10, 2026 review. Optional activities and dungeons can change an individual playthrough’s total.
