The Snooze Madison Times Square is a tall, multi-layer pocket-spring mattress offered in four feels, but the public evidence does not support a confident verdict on how well it performs. CHOICE has reviewed the model, yet its rating and test results are behind member access. What can be assessed publicly is its listed construction, retailer terms and the questions to resolve before buying.
What CHOICE’s public review does—and does not—tell you
CHOICE has a review page for the Snooze Madison Times Square. Its public listing describes the tested sample as a double mattress with a claimed firm feel and a pocket-spring core. It gives specifications, but hides the Expert Rating, recommendation, pros and cons, and detailed test results behind member access. The public page therefore does not establish that CHOICE recommends or rejects this mattress.
CHOICE lists 268 springs per square metre, 14 layers, a weight of 36 kg, and a thickness of 34.5 cm for its tested sample. Its listed dimensions are 189 × 138 × 34.5 cm. The page does not display a publication year, so these figures should be read as CHOICE-listed specifications without an attributed test date, not as confirmation of every current retail configuration. CHOICE identifies test areas including support when new and over time, support for different sleeper sizes, stability, sagging resistance, breathability, wear resistance, and warmth or coolness. Those are useful questions to ask when comparing mattresses, but the public page does not show this model’s scores. Without those results, a performance verdict would go beyond the available evidence.

Construction and feel options listed by Snooze
Snooze describes the Madison Times Square as Australian-made and assembled by hand. The retailer says it uses a seven-zone copper pocket-coil support system, gel foam and memory foam comfort layers, a pillowtop, and breathable stretch-knit fabric. Snooze also lists natural latex in the medium and firm feels. These are the retailer’s product descriptions, not independent findings about comfort or durability.

The page does not show a publication year for these figures, so neither should be treated as a guaranteed current offer. Before ordering, check the live price for your chosen size and feel, whether a member offer applies, and the delivered cost for your area. Snooze lists a 10-year warranty and says the mattress is compatible with an adjustable base except in the Ultra-Firm version. Read the current written warranty and confirm compatibility for the exact feel you intend to buy.
