The Roborock Qrevo 2 Pro is worth considering if you want one robot to vacuum and mop a mix of hard floors and carpet, especially when its US price is near the $549.99 shown by Roborock at the time of the latest available price check. Its multifunction dock and detachable mop modules make it more capable than a vacuum-only robot, but it is not a universal bargain: independent testing found caveats with hard-floor pickup, height, carpet-only value, and high thresholds. The price is a snapshot, not a guaranteed current offer.
What the Qrevo 2 Pro does
The Qrevo 2 Pro is a robot vacuum and mop supplied with a multifunction dock and rotating mop modules. Roborock’s US product page lists the robot at 13.86 × 13.78 × 3.80 inches and the robot-and-dock combination at 15.83 × 19.45 × 17.72 inches. The listed box contents are the robot, dock, dock base, power cable, one set of rotating mop modules, and user manual. These are manufacturer specifications and bundle details, not independent measurements. Roborock’s US product listing
For the US model, Roborock advertises 20,000 Pa HyperForce suction, a dual anti-tangle system, automatic mop detachment for carpet use, a reversible side brush intended to improve corner coverage, and an upgraded dock. The suction figure is a manufacturer claim, not a comparative cleaning test. Roborock’s global overview has shown a different figure, so the 20,000 Pa specification here applies to its US listing. How well does it clean?
TechRadar’s September 28, 2026 review reports more than two weeks of testing in a busy household. Its reviewer tried fine and larger debris, including tea and rice, on carpet and hard floors, checked edge cleaning, and mopped a soy sauce spill and dried ketchup. The review describes strong cleaning for the price and particularly favorable mopping, while noting that hard-floor cleaning was not flawless. Those are TechRadar’s observations, not results from an independent test by this article’s author. TechRadar’s Qrevo 2 Pro review

Tom’s Guide also published a hands-on review and characterized its performance as reliable for a mid-range price. The available summary says one reviewer found mopping required two passes compared with heated-mop flagship models; that is a reviewer-specific comparison, not a universal result. Does it keep carpets dry?
Roborock advertises automatic mop detachment for carpet use, so the design is aimed at avoiding a wet mop being dragged over carpet. That is a manufacturer-described feature; actual behavior depends on the robot’s settings, carpet recognition, and firmware. Roborock’s US overview describes LiDAR navigation, app controls, and an option to mark target areas for re-mopping. The product listing says some features require manual app enablement and notes that one feature is due through an upcoming over-the-air update. Check the current app and firmware before relying on a particular option. Roborock US overview · Roborock US product listing

Where the value case is strongest—and weakest
At the time of the latest available US store snapshot, Roborock displayed $549.99, reduced from a struck-through $799.99. TechRadar described the US list price as $799.99 and a discount around $549 shortly after launch, calling the lower price more attractive. Both are time-sensitive figures; check the live delivered price and offer terms before deciding. Roborock US product listing · TechRadar’s review
Quick wins for a faster PC:
Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →- Best fit: A home with both hard flooring and carpet, where vacuuming and mopping from one robot and a multifunction dock are useful.
- Less compelling: A carpet-only home that does not need mopping; TechRadar says cheaper viable robot vacuums exist and describes this model as a poor match for carpet-only homes.
- Check your layout: TechRadar found it relatively tall and not suited to complex terrain or high thresholds. Measure the clearance under furniture and check transitions between rooms rather than assuming it will pass.
- Temper expectations: The review reported strong overall cleaning but not flawless hard-floor pickup. A high suction specification by itself does not establish how well a robot will clean a particular floor or mess.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What to check before buying
- Confirm the price and market. The cited price is a US snapshot, not a continuing guarantee. Compare the current delivered price in your region and verify the exact model listing.
- Measure furniture clearance. Roborock lists the robot height as 3.80 inches; leave enough space for it to enter and turn beneath furniture.
- Inspect thresholds and floor mix. The independent review flags high thresholds and complex terrain as weaknesses. Consider whether your room transitions and carpets match that limitation.
- Check the current app and firmware. Some advertised options may require manual enablement, and one feature was described as coming in an OTA update. Confirm availability rather than assuming every feature is active out of the box.
- Verify local warranty and service. The cited product information does not establish warranty terms for every market. Check the seller and Roborock’s current regional support terms before purchase.
Replacement pads, dust bags, filters, brushes, and cleaning solution are possible ongoing needs, but compatibility with this exact model should be confirmed in Roborock’s current parts documentation before ordering.
