The Nectar Premier Hybrid looks like a worthwhile UK option if you want a medium-feeling foam-and-spring mattress, but its weaker edge support may matter if you sit or sleep near the sides. An Ideal Home reviewer who tested it for four weeks reported good motion isolation and decent temperature regulation; those findings are one reviewer’s experience, not a guarantee. “Nectar Premier” also refers to a separate memory-foam model, so check which version you’re considering.
Which Nectar Premier mattress is this review about?
Nectar sells both a Premier Hybrid and a Premier Memory Foam. This review focuses on the Hybrid, the version assessed by Ideal Home. Its findings and construction details should not be transferred to the Memory Foam model.
Premier Hybrid
Nectar describes the Hybrid as 28 cm deep and medium-firm. Its listed construction combines foam with individually wrapped springs. The manufacturer also describes four layers of CertiPUR-certified foam, including open-cell foam and memory foam, plus steel micro-springs, pocket springs and a polyester cover. These are Nectar’s product descriptions, not independent material or performance test results.
Premier Memory Foam
The separate Memory Foam mattress is also listed as 28 cm and medium-firm. Its page describes a foam model, rather than the Hybrid’s foam-and-spring construction. The review observations below apply to the Hybrid only.

What did the independent review find?
Ideal Home published its Premier Hybrid review on 7 February 2026, after its reviewer tested the mattress for four weeks. She found it comfortable for side and back sleeping and said it felt more medium than firm to her. She also reported good motion isolation and decent temperature regulation, but weaker edge support.
Those are the reviewer’s observations, not controlled head-to-head results or a prediction of how every sleeper will respond. If you tend to sit on the mattress edge, sleep right at the perimeter, or need a particularly firm-feeling surface, the reported edge support and feel deserve special attention.

The review also noted limitations with in-home delivery and old-mattress collection. Check the current delivery options and conditions for your postcode before ordering, rather than assuming a particular service is included.

What trial, warranty and delivery terms are advertised?
Nectar’s Hybrid product page advertises a 365-night home trial, a Forever Warranty and free named-day shipping. It also lists old-mattress removal with premium delivery for £60, subject to stated conditions. Treat these as the product page’s advertised terms, not a substitute for checking the current policy: eligibility, exclusions, delivery availability and service conditions can affect what applies to an order.

How should you compare the Hybrid with the Memory Foam?
The main established distinction is construction: the Hybrid combines foam and springs, while the other model is memory foam. In general, springs can change a mattress’s bounce and responsiveness, but the available evidence here does not include a controlled, direct comparison of these two models. Don’t assume the Hybrid review’s motion isolation, temperature or edge-support observations describe the Memory Foam.

Verdict: who should consider the Nectar Premier Hybrid?
The Premier Hybrid is worth considering if you want a medium-to-medium-firm feel and value the combination of foam and springs. The four-week Ideal Home review offers encouraging, but limited, evidence on comfort for side and back sleeping, motion isolation and temperature regulation. Its weaker edge support and delivery caveats are meaningful trade-offs. Decide using the current price and policies for your location, and make sure you are assessing the Hybrid rather than the similarly named Memory Foam.
