No—the dedicated Beach Slap Demo page on Steam still says “Coming soon” and that the game is not yet available. There is a conflicting “Demo available” indicator on the full-game listing, so check the demo page itself for a working download before assuming you can play it. The status below reflects Steam’s listings on October 3, 2026.
Is the Beach Slap demo available on Steam?
Steam’s dedicated Beach Slap Demo page labels the demo “Coming soon” and says it is not yet available. However, the full-game page displays a “Demo available” indicator. Because those signals conflict, the dedicated demo page is the clearest place to check whether a download is actually enabled; do not treat the indicator alone as confirmation.

SteamDB identifies app 4632500 as the demo associated with parent app 3170110 and also lists it as “Coming soon.” Its record shows a last update on September 26, 2026. You can check the SteamDB app record as a secondary status reference, but Steam remains the primary source for downloading.

The advertised play loop involves moving across a board and changing its color, then using movement and attacks—including dashes, jumps, stomps, and slaps—to knock out opponents. Hazards and environmental perks are also presented as ways to gain an advantage. These are publisher descriptions, not observations from a played demo.

What modes and ways to play are advertised?
The demo listing names four modes:
- Conquest
- King Penguin
- Knockout
- Shakedown
It also advertises local and online multiplayer, quick online matches, play with Steam friends, and solo matches against the computer. The full-game listing describes support for 1–8 players. That figure is the full game’s listed player count; the demo’s final player limit and the availability of each mode should be checked on Steam when the demo is downloadable.
The demo page advertises a selection of 50+ maps. That is a listed feature, not a count independently verified in play.

What PC requirements does the demo list?
The demo’s Steam page lists the following Windows and SteamOS/Linux requirements. Requirements can change, so compare them with the current listing before installing.

- 64-bit operating system; Windows 7 or later is listed as the minimum, and Windows 10 as recommended.
- 2 GHz dual-core processor.
- Graphics at least as capable as an Nvidia 8800 GT or AMD 4670.
- Broadband internet connection.
- 1 GB of free storage.
Steam’s page also notes that the Steam client supports Windows 10 and later as of January 1, 2024. That is a client-support note, separate from the game’s listed Windows 7 minimum.

The same listing describes Beach Slap as free to play and mentions an optional Supporters’ Edition with bonus cosmetics and characters, but does not establish whether that edition is currently available or give a price. Check the full-game page for current details.
