Yes—the T-Mobile offer was still listed on October 3, 2026. T-Mobile advertised up to $1,000 off an iPhone 18 Pro, but the maximum is conditional: it comes as monthly bill credits for customers who meet the offer’s plan, trade-in, and sometimes new-line or port-in requirements. It is not an unconditional free phone or an instant $1,000 discount.
What happened to the iPhone 18 Pro deal?
The claim that T-Mobile’s $1,000 iPhone 18 Pro deal is dead is not supported by the carrier’s current offer page. Checked October 3, 2026, that page still displayed up to $1,000 off. T-Mobile’s promotion records also listed offers beginning October 1: a trade-in path (ID260960, code R950) and a new-service path (ID260983, code R954). The carrier describes offers as limited-time and subject to change, so check the live terms before ordering.
A separate, earlier T-Mobile promotion offered up to $1,100 and ended September 11, 2026. That historical offer is not evidence that the October $1,000 offers have ended. See T-Mobile’s promotion details and current offers.
Who can qualify for up to $1,000 off?
Eligibility depends on the specific route and offer code; do not assume every T-Mobile customer qualifies for the same discount. T-Mobile’s consumer offer page names Experience Beyond 2.0 for new and existing customers, and Experience Beyond or Go5G Next for existing members in the displayed terms. It also describes qualifying service, an eligible trade-in, and a new-line or port-in route. The dated promotion records set out separate paths and plan thresholds.

Before you commit, confirm the exact promotion shown for your account and checkout. Verify the required plan, whether you need a new line or to port in a number, which trade-in devices qualify, and the condition requirements. The live offer page gives an iPhone 16 trade-in as an example for a $1,000 credit and shows lower examples for older eligible devices; an example is not a guarantee that your device or account qualifies.
How the $1,000 discount is paid
T-Mobile applies the discount as monthly bill credits over up to 36 months, rather than subtracting $1,000 from the phone price at checkout. Your financed device balance and monthly credits are separate: if you cancel the full account before all credits arrive, T-Mobile says credits can stop and the remaining financed balance may become due. Paying off the device early can also end the credits. Check the terms attached to your exact offer before financing.

T-Mobile’s published terms also say taxes are due on the pre-credit price, and a $35 device connection charge may apply. Include those amounts in your upfront-cost estimate.

How to check the deal before ordering
- Open T-Mobile’s current offers page and select the iPhone 18 Pro promotion.
- Check whether the offer is for an existing customer trade-in, a new line or port-in, or another stated route; note its required plan and promotion code.
- Enter your account and trade-in details at checkout. Confirm that the full expected credit and duration appear for your line before you accept financing.
- Review the device price, taxes on the pre-credit amount, any device connection charge, your plan’s monthly cost, and the consequences of cancellation or early payoff.
If the checkout result differs from the headline amount, rely on the offer terms shown for your account—not on a general “up to” claim.

Is the T-Mobile offer a good deal for you?
Compare what you will pay over the period you expect to keep the service, not just the advertised discount. The plan’s monthly price, taxes and fees, device connection charge, trade-in value, credit schedule, and your expected time on the account all affect the total. As an inference from the service and bill-credit conditions, the offer is most useful if you already want the qualifying service and can keep the account long enough to receive the credits.

Apple’s store page also displayed up to $1,000 for an eligible T-Mobile trade-in, but an Apple purchase is not automatic proof that a T-Mobile promotion will apply. Compare the exact terms and credit handling shown at Apple checkout with T-Mobile’s offer for your account. Apple says Apple Card Monthly Installments require approval and that an iPhone purchased with ACMI is unlocked; those are Apple financing and device terms, not confirmation of T-Mobile promo eligibility.
