SignNow’s iOS and Android apps are documented to let users sign, send, fill out, and manage documents on phones and tablets. The company also documents offline signing and a workflow for collecting signatures in person. Those capabilities make the app relevant for mobile signing, but the available information does not establish an independent usability verdict, current subscription prices, or how every offline function behaves in practice.
What the SignNow mobile app is for
SignNow provides mobile apps for iOS and Android smartphones and tablets. Its help center says the apps are not available for installation on PCs or laptops (SignNow Help Center: Mobile Experience).

The documentation does not detail every offline limitation or explain how sync conflicts are handled. Treat offline support as a documented capability for the listed activities, not as a guarantee that every account action, cloud function, or later synchronization step will work without a connection.
How in-person signing works on a phone or tablet
SignNow documents an in-person signing workflow for situations where the sender and signer are together. The sender opens a document in the app, starts in-person mode, and hands the device to the signer to review and sign before completing the process (SignNow Help Center: signing documents in person).

According to SignNow, recipients can sign in the app without creating an account unless the sender’s compliance settings require sign-up. The help instructions say a recipient can draw a signature, type one, or upload a signature image (SignNow Help Center: signing a received document).

Exporting completed documents
SignNow’s mobile export guide lists several ways to get a document out of the app:
- Download it to the device.
- Email or share it.
- Export it to cloud services, including Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, or OneDrive.
- Print it.

The official documentation and app-store listing describe a broad set of mobile signing, sending, form-filling, offline, and document-management features. They do not establish how easy or reliable the app is in day-to-day use, its performance in an end-to-end independent test, how it compares with competing apps, or its current subscription prices and plan limits. Google Play search results included an individual complaint about pricing and access, along with a developer response; that exchange is one user’s experience, not evidence of how common the issue is (Google Play listing).
For a mobile signing workflow, the practical questions to check before adopting the app are whether the documented offline scope fits your needs, whether in-person signing matches your process, and whether your required authentication and compliance settings are available for your account.
