That is Rebet’s own product and availability statement—not a Georgia license or state approval for real-money sports betting. Georgia law addresses gambling and commercial-gambling conduct, and a 2026 proposal to authorize sports betting failed a House floor vote.
What “legal” means for Rebet in Georgia
There are two separate questions: can you access Rebet’s described free-to-play app, and is a real-money sportsbook authorized to take wagers in Georgia? Rebet’s FAQ supports the first: it does not list Georgia among its excluded states. It does not establish the second.

How Georgia law treats gambling and commercial gambling

Georgia Code § 16-12-22 addresses commercial gambling and includes receiving, recording, or forwarding a bet among the conduct it covers. These provisions are relevant context; they do not by themselves decide how every feature of a particular app is treated.
What happened to Georgia’s 2026 sports-betting proposal

The available text of HB 686 makes its effective date conditional on ratification of a constitutional amendment. A committee action or conditional bill draft is not, on its own, an enacted authorization for real-money wagering.
