High 5 Casino’s Sweepstakes Official Rules dated June 26, 2026 do not list Georgia among the excluded states, so the operator’s published rules indicate that eligible Georgia residents may participate. That is not a ruling by Georgia authorities that the service is legal: the rules themselves say participation is void where prohibited by law, and the sources reviewed do not resolve how Georgia law applies to High 5’s current model.
Can you play High 5 Casino in Georgia?
According to High 5 Casino’s Sweepstakes Official Rules, Georgia is not among the excluded states in the version dated June 26, 2026 (version 43.0). The rules say eligible entrants must be legal U.S. residents, at least 21 years old, and in a place where participation is not otherwise prohibited. They also say participation is void where prohibited by law. The state list is therefore the operator’s stated eligibility policy, not a guarantee from a court or regulator.
Check the current rules and account requirements before participating; the operator’s terms can change. Do not treat access to the website or an account as proof that a particular activity is lawful.

How High 5 describes its games and entry rules
High 5’s Terms of Use, updated June 26, 2026 (version 45.0), say: “THIS WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES PROVIDED HEREIN DO NOT OFFER ‘REAL MONEY GAMBLING.’” That is the operator’s description of its service, not an independent legal determination.

The official rules also state: “NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. What Georgia law says about gambling and promotions
Georgia Code § 16-12-20 defines a bet in terms that include chance and something of value, and defines a lottery by reference to prizes distributed by chance among people who paid or promised consideration. The section also addresses certain paid electronic games that do not require skill and includes exceptions for qualifying promotions. How a particular offering fits those provisions depends on its actual structure and operation, including consideration, chance, and prizes. See the 2025 reproduction of Georgia Code § 16-12-20.

Georgia Code § 16-12-22 addresses commercial gambling. Its annotations include older Attorney General opinions concerning lotteries and sweepstakes, but those annotations are not a current decision about High 5 Casino. The reviewed sources do not show a Georgia court or regulator specifically ruling on High 5’s present sweepstakes model. See the 2025 reproduction of Georgia Code § 16-12-22.
