It depends on which Fliff product you mean. Fliff lists Minnesota as available for Pick’Em and does not include the state among those excluded from its Fliff Cash sweepstakes rules. Minnesota officials, however, have said online sports betting and social sweepstakes gambling are unlawful under state law. Fliff’s availability list is not state approval, and the sources reviewed do not show a Minnesota ruling specifically about Fliff.

Fliff’s Minnesota availability depends on the product

Fliff offers products with different mechanics, so a single yes-or-no answer can be misleading.

Pick’Em

Fliff describes Pick’Em as peer-to-peer daily fantasy contests. Its support page, updated March 23, 2026, lists Minnesota as an available state and says participants must be at least 18. Its terms also say users must be in an eligible jurisdiction and are responsible for making sure they may lawfully use the service. Fliff’s Pick’Em availability information and Pick’Em terms state the company’s position; they do not establish Minnesota government approval.

Fliff Cash

Fliff’s posted sweepstakes rules describe Fliff Cash as entries used to play games for a chance to accumulate redeemable cash or prizes. Minnesota is not included in the rules’ list of excluded states. The rules also make participation subject to applicable law and place responsibility on the participant to determine whether the service is legal where they live. That exclusion list does not settle how Minnesota authorities would classify the specific service. Fliff’s sweepstakes rules explain the product and its conditions.

What Minnesota officials say about online gambling

The Minnesota Attorney General’s office says online sports betting and social sweepstakes gambling are unlawful in Minnesota. On November 5, 2025, the office announced that it had sent letters directing 14 operators to stop offering online gambling in the state. The named companies included social sweepstakes casinos and conventional betting sites; Fliff was not on the published list. Its absence does not amount to approval or a legal safe harbor. The Attorney General’s announcement and the office’s consumer guidance describe the state’s position.

The office’s sample sweepstakes letter says Minnesota’s lottery framework looks for three elements: a prize, a chance-based winner, and consideration. It states that a paid package containing redeemable sweepstakes coins may meet those elements. This is the state’s enforcement position in a sample letter, not a ruling about Fliff. The sample letter explains the office’s analysis.

What is—and is not—established about Fliff in Minnesota

  • Fliff lists Minnesota as available for Pick’Em and does not list Minnesota among the states excluded from its Fliff Cash sweepstakes rules.
  • Minnesota officials have said online sports betting and social sweepstakes gambling are unlawful.
  • The Attorney General’s November 2025 announcement named 14 operators, but not Fliff.
  • The cited sources do not establish a Fliff-specific court or agency determination. The public list’s omission does not prove that Fliff is lawful, unlawful, approved, or immune from enforcement.

Minnesota HF 4410, version 0, proposed prohibiting certain online sweepstakes games. The cited document is proposed bill text, not proof that the proposal became law. The bill text should not be treated as enacted law.

Can you withdraw Fliff Cash in Minnesota?

Fliff’s rules describe Fliff Cash as potentially redeemable for cash or prizes, and Minnesota is not on the rules’ excluded-state list. That indicates what the company’s posted terms say; it does not guarantee that a particular person can redeem a balance, that a payment will be made, or that Minnesota authorities consider the product lawful. Check the current rules and account-specific eligibility before relying on a possible redemption.

Practical risks to consider

The Attorney General says Minnesota does not audit or regulate gambling websites it considers illegal. The office warns that consumers have no assurance of payment, fair contests, or recovery of funds. These are general warnings about sites the state considers illegal, not a finding that Fliff specifically has failed to pay users or run unfair contests. Minnesota’s consumer guidance provides the state’s warning.

Because Fliff’s terms and state enforcement guidance can change, check the live Fliff eligibility and rules pages and current Minnesota guidance before participating. This is general information, not an individual legal determination.
