The iQOO Z11x 5G stands out for its larger stated battery and faster charging, while the Samsung Galaxy A27 5G offers a Super AMOLED display and a longer published software-support commitment. In India, the better choice depends on which of those differences matters more—and on the live price for the same memory configuration. Launch prices and later store listings do not establish a stable price gap.

The comparison below uses official India launch and product material where available. Samsung’s detailed camera and weight specifications come from its global specification table; confirm them against the Indian Galaxy A27 5G SKU before buying.

How their screens differ
The Z11x uses an LCD panel; Samsung specifies a Super AMOLED panel for the A27 5G. Both manufacturers advertise a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz in the cited material, but the display technology is a meaningful distinction: choose based on your preference for LCD versus AMOLED rather than assuming that refresh rate alone makes the screens equivalent. The listed specifications do not establish which display looks better in person.

Battery capacity and charging: iQOO has the higher stated figures
iQOO lists a 7,200 mAh battery and 44 W charging for the Z11x. Samsung lists a 5,000 mAh typical battery and 25 W charging for the Galaxy A27 5G. Those are manufacturer specifications, not measured battery-life or charging-time results. Capacity by itself cannot predict how long a phone lasts: usage, display settings, software, network conditions and other factors affect endurance.
Software support: Samsung publishes the longer commitment
Samsung says the Galaxy A27 5G will receive up to six generations of Android and One UI upgrades and up to six years of security updates, counted from the initial global launch. The commitment is a published maximum, not a promise that every update will arrive on a particular date in every region.

For the Z11x, iQOO’s India product page states four years of security updates. Its March 2026 launch post gives the fuller commitment as two OS upgrades and four years of security updates. These policies differ in both the stated upgrade count and security-update period; buyers planning to keep a phone for several years should weigh that difference alongside hardware.
Camera hardware: compare the lenses, not just megapixels
The Z11x combines a 50 MP Sony IMX852 rear camera with a 2 MP bokeh camera and lists a 32 MP front camera. Samsung’s global table lists a 50 MP OIS main camera, 5 MP ultra-wide and 2 MP macro camera, plus a 12 MP front camera. Samsung’s detailed figures are global specifications, so check the Indian unit’s camera configuration before purchase. Megapixel counts and camera lists do not show which phone takes better photos; no independent comparative camera testing is established here.

India prices: compare matching configurations and check today’s listing
The launch figures below are historical announcement prices, not guaranteed current selling prices. Samsung’s launch announcement also described a ₹3,000 bank/UPI cashback offer subject to terms. The iQOO launch post said sales began March 16, 2026 through Amazon.in, iQOO.com and retail channels.

Later iQOO store snapshots reviewed on October 7, 2026 differed from its launch prices: an 8/128 GB listing displayed ₹30,999, while a selected 6/128 GB product detail displayed ₹27,999 against a ₹28,999 MRP and marked that SKU out of stock. Those are dated listing snapshots, not verified checkout prices or evidence of a stable market price. Check the price, selected SKU, stock and applicable offers for both phones before treating any difference as current.

- Choose the iQOO Z11x if its larger stated battery, higher charging wattage, or 32 MP front-camera specification is more important to you—and its current same-configuration price suits your budget.
- Choose the Galaxy A27 5G if you prefer a Super AMOLED display or place more value on Samsung’s published software-support commitment.
- Compare both carefully if camera versatility, device weight or exact India-region specifications are decisive. The Samsung weight cited here is from its U.S. specifications, and the listed global camera details should be checked against the Indian SKU.
There is no independent comparative performance, battery-life or camera test in the cited material, so specifications alone cannot establish an overall winner. Decide by the features and support you will use, then check live availability and the same RAM/storage tier.
