The realme P4x has the stronger listed hardware on paper: a 144 Hz display, a larger typical battery, slightly higher rated charging power and the newer-named Dimensity 7400 Ultra chipset. The iQOO Z10x remains a close match on several basics and has a published software-update commitment. Which is the better buy depends on current, like-for-like pricing and which differences matter to you; the specifications alone do not establish real-world speed or battery life.

Where the realme P4x has an edge
Higher specified refresh rate
The P4x’s 144 Hz specification is above the Z10x’s 120 Hz. A higher refresh ceiling can make supported motion appear smoother, but the experience also depends on the software, content and settings; it does not mean every app or task runs at 144 frames per second.

realme lists a 7,000 mAh typical battery, compared with 6,500 mAh typical for the Z10x. The 500 mAh difference favors the P4x by capacity, not necessarily by hours away from a charger. Screen use, network conditions, chipset behavior and settings all affect endurance. Its 45 W charging rating is only 1 W above the Z10x’s 44 W FlashCharge rating, so these figures alone do not establish a meaningful difference in charging time.

Newer-named chipset
The P4x lists the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra, while the Z10x lists the Dimensity 7300. This makes the P4x the more appealing specification-sheet choice if chipset tier is your priority. Without comparable independent testing, it is not sound to turn that naming difference into a quantified speed or gaming advantage.
Where the iQOO Z10x remains competitive
The Z10x shares several core specifications with the P4x: a 6.72-inch FHD+ LCD, a 50 MP main rear camera, an 8 MP front camera, 5G and IP64 resistance. It therefore does not give up the basic screen size, headline camera resolution or stated ingress rating in this comparison. Neither phone’s megapixel count proves which takes better photos; that requires sample-based testing.

One concrete distinction is software support: iQOO specifies two Android upgrades and three years of security updates for the Z10x. The cited realme product information identifies Android 15 but does not establish a support duration for the P4x. If update longevity is a deciding factor, confirm realme’s current commitment for the exact model and region before buying rather than treating missing information as a promise of no updates.
Price difference: use dated, variant-matched prices
A Smartprix comparison snapshot updated September 17, 2026 listed the iQOO Z10x at ₹27,986 and the realme P4x at ₹21,999. Those are retailer-tracked snapshot prices, not guaranteed current checkout prices; offers, sellers and configurations may differ. The apparent gap in that snapshot is ₹5,987, but it is useful only if the compared listings are for equivalent RAM and storage variants and their conditions are comparable. Check the live listings and match configurations before using the gap to choose.

For historical context, iQOO’s official India launch announcement on April 11, 2025 set the Z10x starting price at INR 12,499 for the 6 GB + 128 GB version and said availability would begin April 22 through Amazon.in and iQOO’s e-store. That was a launch price, not a current offer. The cited official material does not establish a P4x launch price, so an official launch-to-launch price difference cannot be stated here. - Choose the realme P4x if its current price is competitive for the same memory configuration and you value the higher specified refresh rate, larger typical battery or Dimensity 7400 Ultra listing.
- Consider the iQOO Z10x if it costs less for the configuration you want, its shared core features meet your needs, or its stated update policy matters more than the P4x’s specification-sheet advantages.
- Do not decide on camera quality, battery life or actual speed from the spec sheet alone. The supplied figures do not replace comparable real-world tests.
