The iQOO Z10R is the stronger on-paper choice for an AMOLED display, higher-resolution selfie camera, and the protection features highlighted on its store listing. The Z10x has the larger stated battery capacity and a lower entry price in the official-store snapshot—but that price was for a lower-RAM configuration, and both listings showed out of stock.

The Z10R’s Dimensity 7400 has a higher model number than the Z10x’s Dimensity 7300, but that alone does not establish a specific performance advantage. The available specifications also do not provide a controlled, independent head-to-head test.
What the display and camera differences mean
Display
The Z10R is the clearer choice if you specifically want AMOLED: its listing describes a 120Hz quad-curved AMOLED panel. The Z10x instead has a larger, 6.72-inch 120Hz LCD with a stated resolution of 2408 × 1080. These specifications identify the panel types and refresh rates; they do not establish which screen looks better in every setting.

Cameras
On paper, the Z10R has more camera features: its listing names a Sony IMX882 main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and 4K recording, plus a 32MP selfie camera with 4K recording. The Z10x lists a 50MP main camera, a 2MP bokeh camera, and an 8MP front camera. Megapixel counts and feature lists do not prove which phone takes better photos or video; the cited specifications are not camera test results.

Battery capacity: Z10x has the larger number
iQOO lists the Z10x battery at 6500mAh typical, compared with 5700mAh for the Z10R—a stated capacity difference of 800mAh. That makes the Z10x the higher-capacity option on paper, but capacity alone does not show which phone lasts longer in real-world use. No controlled endurance comparison is established by the available sources.
Price difference and availability in India
In an iQOO Store India snapshot checked on October 7, 2026, the Z10x 6GB+128GB was listed at ₹16,999 and the Z10R 8GB+128GB at ₹22,999. The displayed difference is ₹6,000, but this is not a like-for-like comparison because the RAM configurations differ. Both product pages showed out-of-stock status, so these figures should not be read as current purchase offers.

The same Z10x store page also listed an 8GB+128GB option at ₹18,999. For a fair price comparison, match RAM and storage where possible, then confirm live price and stock on the seller’s page.
Separately, iQOO Connect’s launch announcement on April 11, 2025, gave the Z10x a launch starting price of ₹12,499 for 6GB+128GB and said sales would begin April 22 through Amazon.in and the iQOO e-store. That is a historical launch price, not the current store snapshot or a guaranteed present-day offer.

Which one should you buy?
Choose the iQOO Z10R if
- You prioritize an AMOLED display.
- You want the listed 32MP selfie camera and the Z10R’s OIS and 4K camera highlights.
- The IP68 and IP69 protection claims on its store listing are important to your choice.
Choose the iQOO Z10x if
- You prioritize the larger stated battery capacity.
- You are considering a lower-cost entry configuration and are willing to accept an LCD display and an 8MP selfie camera.
For gaming or general performance, the listed chipset names are not enough to declare a winner or quantify a speed gap. A decision based on actual gaming performance, battery endurance, camera quality, or durability would require suitable testing; the specifications above do not provide those results.
