The iQOO Neo 10R is a performance-focused 5G phone built around Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, a 6.78-inch AMOLED display and a 6,400mAh battery. Gadgets 360’s review highlights strong performance, a vibrant display and excellent battery life, while flagging heat under stress, camera limitations, a plastic-feeling build and the lack of NFC. It makes the most sense if gaming and battery capacity matter more to you than camera consistency or a premium build; check the live price and stock before buying.
Is the iQOO Neo 10R still worth buying?
It can be a good fit for buyers in India who prioritize processor performance, a large high-resolution display and battery capacity. It is a less obvious choice if you want dependable low-light video, NFC or a more premium-feeling exterior. Those trade-offs are based on Gadgets 360’s published review summary, not hands-on testing for this article.
Price affects the verdict. Gadgets 360 reported these launch prices on March 11, 2025; they are historical prices, not current offers:
| Variant | Reported India launch price |
|---|---|
| 8GB RAM, 128GB storage | ₹26,999 |
| 8GB RAM, 256GB storage | ₹28,999 |
| 12GB RAM, 256GB storage | ₹30,999 |
At the time the iQOO India E-Store page was accessed, it displayed ₹33,999 for the 8GB+256GB Raging Blue listing and marked that selected variant unavailable. That observation does not establish today’s price or stock. Check the current listing, seller and exact configuration on the iQOO India product page and retailer pages before deciding.

Display: 144Hz is not a universal refresh rate
iQOO describes a maximum refresh rate of 144Hz, but its specifications qualify that rate for supported games. Normal usage scenarios are listed at 60–90Hz, with 120Hz also specified. Treat 144Hz as a supported-game ceiling rather than the screen’s rate in every app or situation.

Gaming and cooling claims
iQOO lists a 6,043 mm² vapor chamber and advertises stable 90-fps gaming for five hours. Its footnote describes an internal five-hour BGMI test averaging 88.5 fps. That is a manufacturer laboratory claim for that test, not proof that every game will sustain 90 fps or that performance and temperature will be the same in all conditions.
Battery, charging and durability
The 6,400mAh figure is the manufacturer’s typical battery capacity, and 80W is the maximum wired charging rating when using the original charger and cable. They do not establish a real-world runtime or charging time for every user. iQOO also advertises a 60-month smooth-experience claim based on its lab testing; the company says this does not guarantee freedom from lag.
