The iQOO Neo 10 is the stronger pick on listed chipset, screen size and refresh rate, battery capacity, and charging speed. The vivo V70 Elite is more versatile for photography, with a dedicated telephoto camera, and it lists IP68/IP69 protection in a smaller, lighter body. There is no reliable like-for-like price gap to quote without checking both phones’ current prices for matching configurations.

The Neo 10 refresh rate and the benchmark and battery-test results above are from 91mobiles, not manufacturer guarantees. iQOO’s India specifications, vivo’s India specifications, and the 91mobiles comparison provide the respective details.
Which phone performs better?
The Neo 10 lists Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, while the V70 Elite lists the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. That gives the Neo 10 the newer and higher-tier platform on paper, but a chipset alone does not establish how either phone performs in every app, game, or sustained workload.
For one published comparison, 91mobiles reports Geekbench multi-core scores of 6,913 for the Neo 10 and 4,863 for the V70 Elite. Treat these as that publisher’s test results, not as a guaranteed real-world performance ratio; the captured comparison does not establish a separate test publication year or enough testing conditions to generalize the figures.

Which display is better?
The Neo 10 has the larger screen at 6.78 inches, compared with 6.59 inches on the V70 Elite. Both are AMOLED panels with similar listed resolutions: 2800 × 1260 on the Neo 10 and 2750 × 1260 on the V70 Elite. 91mobiles lists the Neo 10 at 144 Hz; vivo lists the V70 Elite as supporting up to 120 Hz. The Neo 10 therefore offers more screen area and a higher listed refresh rate, while the V70 Elite’s smaller display contributes to its more compact body.
Which phone has the better cameras?
The V70 Elite offers more camera roles. Both phones list a 50 MP main rear camera and an 8 MP ultra-wide, but vivo adds a 50 MP ZEISS OIS telephoto camera, which its product page describes as offering 3× optical zoom. The Neo 10’s listed rear setup is a 50 MP Sony portrait camera plus an 8 MP ultra-wide, with no dedicated telephoto listed. A telephoto camera is useful when you want a closer perspective without relying only on digital cropping.

For selfies, the V70 Elite lists a 50 MP ZEISS autofocus front camera; the Neo 10 lists a 32 MP front camera. Megapixel counts and branding do not, on their own, prove which phone takes better photos. The hardware difference that most clearly separates them is the V70 Elite’s dedicated telephoto camera. vivo’s product page presents ZEISS-related camera features as vivo’s product claims.
Battery life and charging: capacity is not the whole story
The Neo 10 has the larger stated typical battery, at 7000 mAh, and faster listed charging at 120W. The V70 Elite lists a 6500 mAh typical battery and 90W charging. Those specifications favor the Neo 10 for capacity and charging wattage, but they cannot predict how long a charge lasts in your own use.

In 91mobiles’ PCMark battery test, the Neo 10 recorded 15 hours 39 minutes and the V70 Elite 18 hours 19 minutes. The result reverses the capacity ranking, but it is a publisher-reported test rather than a promise of everyday screen time; usage, software, and test conditions affect endurance. Size, weight and water protection
The V70 Elite is the lighter and smaller-screened option. vivo lists the phone at 187 g in Authentic Black and 194 g in Passion Red and Sand Beige. iQOO lists the Neo 10 at 206 g, with dimensions of 163.72 × 75.88 × 8.09 mm. vivo explicitly lists IP68 and IP69 ingress protection for the V70 Elite. No protection rating was identified on the consulted iQOO specification page; that absence does not establish that the Neo 10 has no protection.

Price difference and configurations
A dependable price difference is not available from the verified figures: the official iQOO store snapshot showed ₹43,999 for the Asphalt Black Neo 10 with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, against a displayed MRP of ₹45,999, but a matching current official vivo V70 Elite checkout price was not established. The Neo 10 figure is a volatile store snapshot, not a permanent price. Comparison-site listings can reflect different dates, sellers, variants, and stock status.

Available configurations differ. iQOO lists the Neo 10 with 8GB, 12GB, or 16GB RAM and 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB storage. vivo lists the V70 Elite in 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB configurations, and says expandable ROM is not supported. Prices should only be compared after matching the closest available configuration.
Which one should you choose?
Choose the iQOO Neo 10 if
- You prioritize the listed Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 platform.
- You want the larger display and the 144 Hz refresh rate reported by 91mobiles.
- You value a higher stated battery capacity and faster listed charging.
Choose the vivo V70 Elite if
