For India-market buyers, the iQOO Neo 10 stands out for its 144Hz display ceiling and 120W charging, while the POCO F7’s reported Indian configuration offers a larger 7,550mAh battery and more RAM and storage at the same reported launch price. Both use the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. The better buy depends on the exact regional variant, configuration and price available now.
How the India-market specifications compare
The comparison below focuses on the Indian models. POCO F7 specifications differ by region: TechRadar reviewed a global version with a 6,500mAh battery, while Indian comparison coverage reports 7,550mAh. Don’t treat those figures as interchangeable.

Specifications for the Neo 10 are listed on iQOO India’s product page. The Indian POCO F7 configuration, launch offers and reported support terms come from Digit’s comparison dated 26 June 2025; check the manufacturer’s current regional terms before relying on its update commitment.
What the differences mean in everyday use
Display and charging: Neo 10’s clearest advantages
The Neo 10 has the higher listed refresh-rate ceiling: up to 144Hz versus 120Hz on the POCO F7. The POCO’s screen is slightly larger, at 6.83 inches compared with 6.78 inches. A higher maximum refresh rate may appeal if you prioritize smoother supported content, but it does not establish that every app or game will run at that rate.

- Unlocked Android phone gives you the flexibility to change carriers and choose your own data plan[2]; it works - Google Fi, Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, and other major carriers

The Neo 10 is also rated for 120W wired charging, compared with 90W for the POCO F7. Those are rated power figures, not a controlled comparison of charge times; actual charging depends on the charger, conditions and device behavior.
Battery: check the region before comparing capacity
For India, iQOO lists the Neo 10’s battery as 7,000mAh typical, while Digit reports 7,550mAh for the Indian POCO F7. That gives the POCO a larger listed capacity on paper, but capacity alone cannot establish which phone lasts longer in real use.

The regional distinction matters: TechRadar’s review covers a global POCO F7 with a 6,500mAh battery. Its observations—including its endurance experience and IP68 rating—apply to the reviewed configuration and should not automatically be transferred to the Indian model. See TechRadar’s POCO F7 review.

Both Indian models are listed with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, so the processor name alone does not separate them. Sustained performance also depends on factors such as thermal behavior and software.

91mobiles’ comparison page reports Geekbench multi-core scores of 6,913 for the Neo 10 and 6,660 for the POCO F7. The page does not provide enough testing detail to treat that difference as a reproducible, universal performance result.
Cameras: similar rear-camera headline, different selfie resolution
Both are reported with a 50MP main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. The Neo 10’s listed 32MP front camera has a higher resolution than the POCO F7’s reported 20MP front camera, but megapixel counts alone do not establish photo or video quality. For a camera-led decision, compare samples from the exact regional versions you can buy.

Memory and update support: POCO’s reported strengths
Digit’s launch comparison put the POCO F7’s base offer at 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, versus 8GB and 128GB for the Neo 10, even though both were reported at ₹31,999. That makes the launch prices unequal in configuration, rather than a like-for-like storage comparison.
The same report gives the POCO a longer software-support commitment: four years of OS updates and six years of security updates, versus three and four years respectively for the Neo 10. Because these are secondary-reported terms and policies can vary by region, confirm the applicable commitment with the manufacturer before buying.

Price difference: launch price is not today’s price
Digit reported a ₹31,999 starting price for each Indian phone in June 2025, without offers. The Neo 10’s reported base configuration was 8GB/128GB; the POCO F7’s was 12GB/256GB. These figures describe launch offers, not current stock or a like-for-like configuration price.
Retail snapshots are inconsistent. At the time of the available comparison snapshots, 91mobiles showed the Neo 10 at ₹32,990 and marked it out of stock, and the POCO F7 at ₹35,999 on Flipkart. Smartprix showed ₹46,942 and ₹35,999 respectively and said its details were updated on 6 October 2026. Given the disagreement, none of these listings establishes a definitive current market price. Check live seller listings for the same RAM/storage configuration, stock, bank discounts and exchange offers before comparing totals. The snapshots are on 91mobiles and Smartprix.
Quick Recap
Which phone should you choose?
- Choose the iQOO Neo 10 if the 144Hz maximum refresh rate, 120W charging or higher listed front-camera resolution is a priority, and the price for your preferred configuration is competitive.
- Choose the POCO F7 if the reported Indian 7,550mAh capacity or its larger launch base RAM/storage allocation matters more, or if you find it at a lower live price for a comparable configuration.
- Prioritize software longevity? Digit reported a longer POCO update commitment, but verify the current policy for your region with the manufacturer.
- Care most about photos? Compare real camera samples from the regional models you are considering; the listed megapixels do not settle image quality.
- Need a compact phone? Both have large displays. Check the dimensions and weight of the exact model listing if one-handed use or pocket comfort matters.
