On paper, the iQOO Neo 10 and OPPO K13 Turbo Pro 5G are closer than their marketing suggests. Both use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 and both list a 7000mAh typical battery. The real choice comes down to four things: iQOO’s higher display refresh ceiling, iQOO’s higher rated charging power, iQOO’s ultrawide rear camera, and OPPO’s integrated active cooling fan. Neither phone is a clear overall winner.
This comparison covers the India versions only. OPPO’s India model number is CPH2731, and the K13 Turbo Pro name also appears on other models in other markets, so check the model number before comparing. The figures below come from each manufacturer’s India pages and from one third-party comparison site. Neither phone was put through controlled testing for this article, so performance, heat and battery claims are attributed to their sources rather than verified.
Price is the part of this comparison that cannot yet be settled. The section on pricing explains why, and how to check it yourself.

Display: refresh rate and resolution
iQOO lists its 6.78-inch AMOLED panel at up to 144Hz, while OPPO lists its 6.8-inch AMOLED panel at up to 120Hz. Both panels are listed at roughly 2800 pixels on the long edge, with iQOO at 1260 pixels on the short edge and OPPO at 1280. That difference is too small to judge by numbers alone, and this article did not use a controlled display review to assess visible differences.
A maximum refresh rate is a ceiling, not a guarantee. Games, video apps and the system interface each decide the actual rate, so the 144Hz figure only matters if your most-used apps support it. Check whether the refresh rate options in each phone’s settings match the apps you use.
Charging and battery
iQOO advertises 120W charging. OPPO lists up to 80W with SUPERVOOC. The two phones use different charging hardware, so the 120W and 80W ratings should not be read as a time-to-full comparison.

OPPO has published a lab result for its own phone: under its stated conditions, the test device reached around 68% after 30 minutes of wired charging. Those conditions were a starting battery level of 1%, airplane mode, screen off, the supplied standard adapter and an ambient temperature of about 25°C. This is an OPPO Lab figure. It is not a general promise for everyday charging. This article did not find a timed iQOO figure under matching conditions, so no charge-time comparison is made.
Both phones list a typical battery of 7000mAh. The rated figures are 6800mAh for iQOO and 6830mAh for OPPO. Typical and rated are separate figures on each manufacturer’s sheet, and neither should be read as a measured runtime. Real battery life depends on screen use, network conditions, games and settings.

Cameras
iQOO’s rear setup pairs a 50MP main camera with an 8MP ultrawide lens. OPPO pairs a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilisation and a 2MP monochrome sensor. The ultrawide lens is the most useful practical difference, since it gives a wider framing option that OPPO’s listed rear setup does not offer. OPPO’s 2MP monochrome sensor is a specialised supplementary sensor, not a general-purpose lens. The front cameras are 32MP on iQOO and 16MP on OPPO.

Megapixel counts do not show how a camera performs in low light, in motion or at night. No independent camera test was used for this article, so no ranking is given.
Cooling and sustained gaming
OPPO’s most distinctive hardware choice is its integrated active cooling fan, which OPPO calls Storm Engine. OPPO’s India product page states that its lab measurements “indicates a 20% enhancement in overall thermal dissipation between deactivating and activating the Storm Engine.” This is a brand lab measurement, not an independent test, and OPPO says actual experience varies.
iQOO’s product pages refer to cooling features, but the specific design was not confirmed for this article, so this comparison does not credit iQOO with a particular cooling system. A shared chipset does not guarantee the same sustained performance, because cooling, software tuning and ambient conditions all shape how a phone behaves over a long session.

The third-party 91mobiles comparison reports its own observations of battery drain and heating after 30 minutes of gaming. Those results come from that outlet’s method and conditions, so treat them as one test rather than a universal outcome. Durability ratings
iQOO states that its Neo 10 carries an IP65 rating, which it describes as tested under controlled laboratory conditions. The same product page cautions that the resistance is not permanent and says liquid damage is excluded from warranty coverage. IP65 describes protection against dust and low-pressure water jets. It is not a guarantee against submersion.
OPPO’s product page advertises water resistance for the K13 Turbo Pro. The exact India rating was not confirmed for this article, so check OPPO’s current product page before quoting a specific rating. Do not describe either phone as waterproof on the basis of the evidence here.

Several different prices exist for the same phone, and they are not interchangeable:
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches- Launch price is the price announced at release.
- Official store price is the price on the manufacturer’s own store, which can change without notice.
- Marketplace price comes from third-party sellers and can differ from the official price.
- Bank or card offers and exchange values reduce the effective price only for buyers who qualify.
On 7 October 2026, the iQOO India store displayed ₹40,999 for the 12GB/256GB Neo 10. This is a date-sensitive listing, not a guaranteed price, and the store’s offers may change.
Best Value

- 【MODEL‑SPECIFIC COMPATIBILITY】 Exact size matching for target phone models; seamless installation interface; precise replacement for damaged mobile screens
- 【STABLE TOUCH PERFORMANCE】 Sensitive touch response; anti‑wear touch panel; durable outer layer against daily scratches and impacts

The 91mobiles comparison page lists ₹46,973 for the iQOO Neo 10 and ₹38,999 for the OPPO K13 Turbo Pro. Those are third-party price snapshots. The page does not show that the two prices were taken at the same time, from the same seller or for the same storage configuration, so they cannot be used to calculate a difference. No authoritative current OPPO price for the 12GB/256GB configuration was confirmed in the sources reviewed.
How to check the price gap yourself
- Open the iQOO India store comparison page at shop.iqoo.com/in/compare and select the 12GB/256GB Neo 10. Note the price, the date and whether the seller is iQOO.
- Open OPPO’s India product page for the K13 Turbo Pro at oppo.com/in, then select the 12GB/256GB configuration. Note the official price and the date.
- Check the same retailer channel for both phones, or the same seller on a marketplace. Record any bank offers, exchange values and EMI terms separately, as they change the effective price.
- Confirm that both configurations have the same RAM and storage. Do not compare an 8GB model with a 12GB model.
- Repeat the check on a different day before drawing a conclusion, because marketplace prices move often.
Which one should you buy?
- Choose the iQOO Neo 10 if the 144Hz refresh ceiling, the 120W charging rating or the ultrawide rear camera matters most to you, and you do not need a built-in cooling fan.
- Choose the OPPO K13 Turbo Pro if you want an integrated active cooling fan and expect long gaming sessions, and you can accept the 120Hz ceiling and the 80W charging rating.
- Use price only as a tiebreaker after you have checked both phones on the same date, with the same storage configuration and the same seller type.
Neither phone has a clear advantage across all categories. The better choice depends on which specification you will actually use every day.
