iQOO specifies the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, while Motorola specifies the Dimensity 8500 Extreme. Those names identify different platforms, but the available specifications do not provide comparable independent benchmark or gaming results. Choose based on the phone’s other features unless you can compare reliable testing of the exact models and software versions.

Display: both list 144Hz AMOLED panels
Both manufacturers list displays with refresh rates up to 144Hz. iQOO gives the Neo 10’s size as 6.78 inches and describes it as 1.5K AMOLED. Motorola lists a 6.8-inch Extreme AMOLED panel at 2772 × 1272. These published details make both high-refresh AMOLED options; they do not establish which screen looks better in use.
Battery and charging: iQOO leads on listed capacity and wattage
The Neo 10 is specified with a 7000mAh battery and 120W charging. Motorola lists a 6500mAh silicon-carbon battery, 90W wired charging, and 5W wired reverse charging. On paper, the iQOO offers the larger stated capacity and higher wired charging wattage. Capacity and wattage do not, by themselves, tell you how long a phone lasts or how quickly it charges in actual use.

Motorola’s listed ultrawide and selfie-camera resolutions are higher, and its main camera specification includes OIS. Those hardware details do not prove that it takes better photos or video: megapixels and feature lists are not substitutes for comparable camera tests.

iQOO’s product page lists Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15. Motorola lists Android 16 for the Edge 70 Pro and promises up to three years of OS upgrades and security patches. Software versions and support terms can change, so verify the version installed on the unit and the current update policy before buying. RAM and storage: check the exact variant
iQOO lists the Neo 10 in 8GB, 12GB, and 16GB RAM configurations and with 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB storage. Motorola lists 8GB or 12GB RAM with 256GB UFS 4.1 storage. The available combinations and stock can depend on the retailer, so compare matching RAM and storage where possible rather than assuming every listed capacity is sold in every configuration.

Price difference in India: compare live, matching listings
Prices are offers tied to a seller, date, and configuration—not permanent specifications. During the price check, iQOO’s official store displayed ₹43,999 for a selected 8GB/256GB Neo 10, against an MRP of ₹45,999 on that page. A separate official Neo 10 page showed a 16GB/512GB variant with an MRP of ₹45,999 and marked it out of stock. These are different variants and listings, not interchangeable prices.
