The iQOO 15R is the stronger on-paper pick for gaming-focused performance, a sharper 144 Hz display, a larger India battery and faster wired charging. Nothing Phone (4b) gives you a larger screen and could cost less, depending on the current offer and storage variant. Neither specifications nor the available sources establish a real-world performance, battery-life or camera winner.
iQOO 15R vs Nothing Phone (4b): key specifications
The figures below are for India models. Nothing lists a different battery capacity for some other regions, so these India specifications should not be applied to every market.

How different are the prices?
There is no dependable fixed price gap to quote without checking both phones at the same time, in the same market, with comparable storage and offers. iQOO’s official India store displayed ₹66,999 for the 12 GB/512 GB 15R listing. Separately, 91mobiles displayed ₹53,999 for the iQOO 15R and ₹31,900 for the Nothing Phone (4b), but those figures do not establish like-for-like storage or guaranteed checkout prices. Treat them as page observations, not current universal prices.

For a fair comparison, check the same retailer and date, match storage as closely as possible, and compare either both base prices or both final prices after disclosed bank discounts, coupons or exchange offers. A lower listing price is not necessarily a better value if the configurations differ.
Which phone is better for gaming?
The iQOO 15R has the more performance-oriented chipset on paper: Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 versus Snapdragon 6 Gen 4, as listed by the comparison source. Its display also supports a higher listed refresh rate, 144 Hz rather than 120 Hz. Those specifications make the iQOO the more natural choice to investigate for demanding games, but they do not prove higher sustained frame rates or cooler operation.
The cited sources do not provide a matched benchmark or sustained-load test for the two phones. Real gaming performance also depends on a game’s support for high frame rates, thermal behavior, software tuning and the selected memory configuration. Do not treat chipset names or screen refresh rates as measured gameplay results.

Which has the better display?
Choose based on what you value more: the iQOO 15R lists a 1.5K resolution and 144 Hz refresh rate on a 6.59-inch panel, while the Nothing Phone (4b) has the larger 6.77-inch screen and a 120 Hz adaptive refresh rate. iQOO’s published specifications emphasize resolution and refresh rate; Nothing describes its display as a Super AMOLED panel. Nothing’s description is a manufacturer claim, not an independent assessment.
Nothing’s larger panel may suit video and reading better if screen area is your priority. The iQOO’s higher stated resolution and refresh ceiling may appeal if you prioritize fine detail or supported high-refresh gaming. The cited specifications do not establish a brightness or color-accuracy winner.
Battery capacity and charging: iQOO has the larger listed battery
For India, iQOO specifies a 7,600 mAh battery and 100 W FlashCharge; Nothing specifies 6,000 mAh for Phone (4b). The capacity difference favors iQOO on paper, and its wired charging rating is explicit. Nothing’s cited India product page does not state a wired charging speed, so a direct speed comparison is not available here.

Battery capacity and charging wattage are not battery-life tests. Screen size, processor use, network conditions, software and charging behavior affect day-to-day results, and the sources do not provide comparable endurance measurements. Also note the regional exception: Nothing’s regional specifications give 5,200 mAh generally and identify 6,000 mAh as India-only.

Both manufacturers list a 50 MP main camera with optical image stabilization: iQOO names a Sony LYT-700V sensor, while Nothing describes OIS on its 50 MP main camera and a 119-degree ultra-wide. The comparison source lists a 32 MP front camera for iQOO and a 16 MP front camera for Nothing. These are hardware details, not proof that one phone takes better photos or selfies.
No controlled, directly comparable camera test is established by the cited sources. Image quality depends on processing, lighting, focus and camera modes as well as resolution and stabilization, so use matched sample photos or independent testing if camera output is your deciding factor.

Software support and long-term use
The comparison source lists four Android-version upgrades and six years of security updates for iQOO, and three Android-version upgrades and six years of security updates for Nothing. Those durations are attributed to that comparison source; they are not independently confirmed by the manufacturer policy pages cited here. Check the support policy for the exact regional variant and purchase date before treating the upgrade count as a deciding advantage.
Which phone should you choose?
- Consider the iQOO 15R if you prioritize the more powerful listed chipset, 1.5K/144 Hz display specifications, India’s larger listed battery, or 100 W wired charging.
- Consider the Nothing Phone (4b) if a larger 6.77-inch display matters more to you, or if its price for a comparable storage configuration is lower when you shop.
