The iQOO 15R is officially listed on iQOO India’s store, but the identity and India availability of the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra 5G could not be confirmed from an official iQOO source. Smartprix reports specifications and prices for the Neo 11 Ultra, but those details are not manufacturer-confirmed. So there is not enough reliable evidence to name a winner or establish a trustworthy price difference between the two phones.
Are these two iQOO phones officially confirmed?
iQOO’s India E-Store lists the 15R, including 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB variants. The available official product information provides a clear specification baseline for that model. See the iQOO 15R on iQOO India’s E-Store.
By contrast, the available official iQOO pages do not confirm a product called the Neo 11 Ultra 5G. Smartprix has an exact-name comparison page, but a third-party catalog entry does not establish that iQOO has launched the phone, that it is sold in India, or that it has an India warranty. The name or listing may be mismatched; the available evidence does not prove that no such product exists.
What does the iQOO 15R offer?
According to iQOO’s India product listing, the 15R has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, Origin OS 6.0, and a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with 2750×1260 resolution. Its rear cameras are a 50MP Sony LYT-700V main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and an 8MP ultra-wide camera; the front camera is 32MP. The listed battery is 7600mAh typical capacity, with 100W FlashCharge.

iQOO says the phone’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 is built on TSMC’s 3nm process and reports an AnTuTu score of “3.5 million+” in an iQOO Community post. That is a manufacturer-published claim, not an independent benchmark or a guarantee of sustained gaming performance. No independent test results are established here. Read iQOO’s Community post.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Which phone should you choose?
The evidence supports treating the 15R as the verifiable option, not declaring it the better phone. Buy only after confirming the exact model and seller details. For the Neo 11 Ultra, look for an official iQOO product page or launch announcement that confirms the regional variant, specifications, India availability, and warranty. Until then, its Smartprix entry is insufficient for a dependable purchase decision.

For any eventual comparison, check the same RAM and storage tier and the same region, then compare the seller’s current price. Also verify processor and sustained gaming performance, refresh rate, camera stabilization and video capabilities, charging, software support, physical dimensions, and local 5G-band compatibility. None of those comparisons can be settled for the Neo 11 Ultra from the available confirmed information.
