The iQOO 15 is listed in India at ₹85,999 for 12GB RAM and 256GB storage; the iQOO Z11 5G is listed at ₹39,999 for 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. That is a ₹46,000 difference between these specific listed variants—not a like-for-like premium. The 15 has a higher-resolution display, a more elaborate rear-camera setup and faster charging; the Z11 5G has a slightly larger listed battery and costs less.
Which phones are being compared?

The Z11 5G’s 144Hz refresh rate appears in its headline description; its returned specification table does not separately state a refresh-rate field. What do the differences mean for everyday buying?
Display: similar size, different resolution
The listed screen diagonals are close: 6.85 inches on the 15 and 6.83 inches on the Z11 5G. The iQOO 15 has the higher stated resolution, 3168 × 1440 versus 2800 × 1260. The Z11 5G page headline also specifies 144Hz, but the available 15 listing information does not give a refresh-rate figure for a direct comparison.

Cameras: a dedicated 3× periscope on the 15
The iQOO 15 lists three 50MP rear cameras, including a 3× periscope camera. The Z11 5G lists a 50MP main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide. That is a clear difference in camera hardware and flexibility, especially if a dedicated telephoto option matters to you. The specifications alone do not establish which phone takes better photos or video.

The Z11 5G’s listed 7050mAh battery is 50mAh larger than the iQOO 15’s 7000mAh battery. The listed charging specifications differ more: 44W on the Z11 5G, against 100W wired FlashCharge and 40W wireless charging on the 15. Capacity and charging ratings do not establish real-world battery life or charging time.

Chipsets: different platforms, no performance result
iQOO lists the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Mobile Platform for the 15 and the MediaTek Dimensity 7500 Turbo for the Z11 5G. Those are different chipsets, but the store specifications do not provide benchmarks or tested gaming results. Choose based on the features and price you need rather than treating the listed processor names as proof of a specific speed advantage.
Software and other hardware
The India listings name OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 for the iQOO 15 and OriginOS 6.0 for the Z11 5G. They also list different fingerprint-reader types: ultrasonic on the 15 and side-mounted capacitive on the Z11 5G. The 15’s page specifies Wi-Fi 7/6/5, Bluetooth 6.0 and NFC; the Z11 5G page lists Bluetooth 5.4.

Which one should you choose?
- Choose the iQOO 15 if its higher listed screen resolution, 3× periscope camera, wireless charging or higher-tier chipset platform are priorities and the higher price fits your budget.
- Choose the Z11 5G if you want a lower listed price, are comfortable with the 8GB+128GB comparison variant, and do not need the 15’s listed periscope camera or wireless charging.
- Compare exact configurations before checkout. The store shows other RAM and storage options for both models, and the cited ₹46,000 gap applies only to the 12GB+256GB iQOO 15 and 8GB+128GB Z11 5G listings.
