Which display suits your preferences?
The Find X9s has the larger panel at 6.59 inches versus 6.3 inches on the iPhone 17. Both manufacturers list refresh rates up to 120Hz, and both displays have a listed pixel density of 460 ppi. The supplied specifications do not provide a comparable brightness figure, so they do not establish which screen is easier to see outdoors.

What the camera specifications do—and do not—tell you
OPPO lists three 50MP rear cameras, including a dedicated telephoto camera with two-axis optical image stabilization (OIS). Apple lists two 48MP rear cameras: a main camera with optical-quality 2× telephoto and an ultra-wide. That describes different hardware approaches and possible framing options; megapixel counts alone do not show which phone produces better photos. The available specifications also do not establish comparative image quality, low-light performance or video quality under matched conditions.

Battery capacity, charging and endurance
OPPO publishes a 7,025mAh typical battery capacity (6,840mAh rated) and charging up to 80W SUPERVOOC for the Find X9s. Apple’s launch material describes the iPhone 17 as having all-day battery life and faster charging but does not give a comparable capacity or wattage in the cited sources. Because the evidence uses different measures, it cannot establish which phone lasts longer in everyday use or how their charging times compare.
Size, weight, software and durability
The listed iPhone 17 dimensions are 149.6 × 71.5 × 7.95 mm and 177 g; the Find X9s is about 157.0 × 73.9 × 8.0 mm and about 202 g. On those figures, Apple’s phone is shorter, narrower and lighter, while OPPO’s has the larger display and battery capacity.

The software platforms are iOS 26 for the iPhone 17 at launch and ColorOS 16 for the Find X9s. Software preference is personal; the specifications do not establish which ecosystem will suit an individual’s apps, devices or workflow better. For durability, Apple lists IP68 under IEC 60529, while OPPO’s India launch announcement lists IP66, IP68 and IP69 certifications. Certification labels describe tested ingress protection, not a guarantee against all damage.
Which one should you choose?
- Consider the Find X9s if you want a larger display, a stated battery capacity and charging rate, or a dedicated rear telephoto camera. Its 12GB+256GB launch price is lower than the iPhone 17’s announced 256GB starting price, but check current prices before buying.
- Consider the iPhone 17 if a smaller, lighter phone is more important to you, or you prefer Apple’s iOS ecosystem. Its India launch price is higher than the Find X9s 256GB launch price.
- Compare carefully if you want 512GB: OPPO’s announced Find X9s 12GB+512GB price is ₹89,999; the cited India announcement does not state an iPhone 17 512GB price.
Neither the published specifications nor launch prices establish a camera, performance or battery-life winner. Those questions require comparable testing or your own priorities—not a count of megapixels, a chip name or a capacity figure alone.
