Which phone has the better screen and size?
The Nord 6 gives you a larger display and a higher stated maximum refresh rate: 6.78 inches at 165 Hz, compared with the iPhone 17’s 6.3-inch display and adaptive refresh rate up to 120 Hz. Those figures describe manufacturer-listed specifications, not a side-by-side panel-quality test.
Choose based on how you use and hold your phone. The Nord’s larger screen is suited to readers who want more display area; the iPhone’s smaller listed dimensions may appeal if you prefer a more compact phone. The figures alone do not establish brightness, color accuracy, or overall viewing quality.

Battery and charging: the Nord has the stated capacity advantage
OnePlus lists a 9,000 mAh battery and 80 W charging for the Nord 6. Apple’s cited iPhone 17 specification page does not give a directly comparable battery-capacity figure, so there is no supported numerical capacity comparison here.

A larger stated capacity does not by itself prove longer real-world battery life. OnePlus also publishes battery-runtime and other scenario-specific results with test conditions and caveats; these are OnePlus claims, not independent head-to-head tests against the iPhone 17. For charging and endurance, consider the manufacturer’s test details and independent testing that matches your usage rather than treating battery capacity as a runtime guarantee.

Camera specifications do not decide photo quality
The iPhone 17 has 48 MP main and ultra-wide rear cameras and an 18 MP front camera. The Nord 6 has a 50 MP main camera with dual-axis optical image stabilization, an 8 MP ultra-wide camera, and a 32 MP front camera.
These specifications describe resolution and, for the Nord’s main camera, a stabilization feature. Megapixel counts do not show which phone produces better photos or video. No independent iPhone 17 versus Nord 6 image comparison is established by the cited sources, so choose by operating system and camera features you value—or seek matched sample images before deciding.

Software support and durability
OnePlus says the Nord 6 will receive four Android OS updates and six years of security updates. Apple’s cited technical specifications do not state a fixed iPhone 17 update duration, so the two support commitments cannot be compared directly from these pages.
Apple lists IP68 for the iPhone 17. The cited Nord 6 product-page specifications do not state an IP rating; that is not proof the phone has no water resistance, only that a comparable rating is not established here. Check the full regional product details and warranty terms if water protection is important.

Which one should you choose?
- Choose the OnePlus Nord 6 if you want Android, a larger 165 Hz display, a stated 9,000 mAh battery with 80 W charging, or the lower price in the cited India listing.
- Choose the iPhone 17 if you want iOS, Apple’s smaller 6.3-inch format, the A19 chip, IP68, or the listed 256 GB and 512 GB storage choices.
- Compare checkout details if price is decisive: the ₹52,901 gap is based on one dated listing snapshot and may not match current offers or equivalent storage configurations.
These are specification-based fit recommendations. The cited material does not establish a performance, camera, or real-world battery-life winner through independent comparative testing.
