Insight Works says it added 13 authorized Microsoft partners to its global reseller network in September 2026. The partners, announced on October 5, span seven countries across five regions and can offer, sell, and support the company’s apps for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The roster and partner credentials below reflect Insight Works’ announcement, not independent verification.

What the announcement covers

Insight Works is an independent software vendor focused on apps for manufacturing and distribution businesses using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. It says the new firms are authorized resellers able to offer, sell, and support those apps for their customers. The announcement describes a channel expansion; it does not establish that every partner offers the same services or serves every market.

Insight Works Partner Success Manager Melonie Wood said: “Seeing new partners join us from around the world is a testament to the products we build. Thirteen new partners in a single month, from Scandinavia to Southeast Asia, means thirteen more teams we get to help succeed with Business Central, so they can bring that same value to their own customers.”

Which partners joined, and where?

The company named the following 13 firms in its October 5, 2026 announcement:

Region Country New reseller(s)
Asia Singapore NaviWorld Singapore Pte Ltd
Europe Sweden Bisqo AB; Navet Aktiebolag, operating as Aderian Navet
Europe Netherlands Jeremy Coulibaly Consulting
North America Canada CGI; Synergia365 Consulting Inc.
North America United States Alletec USA Inc.; Century Solutions Group; DynaSum Private Limited; Grey Matters; Naviona LLC
Oceania Australia Connexxione Pty Ltd
South America Argentina Aldea (Tecnologías Informáticas Integradas SA)

Insight Works says the additions span seven countries and five regions. Its announcement does not provide standardized service-area maps or confirm current availability in each location, so the list indicates the named firms’ countries rather than guaranteed coverage for every customer.

What experience does the release describe?

Insight Works included additional profiles for some firms, but not a consistent set of credentials for all 13. Selected descriptions and figures in the announcement include:

  • NaviWorld Singapore: Insight Works describes the firm as part of a six-office group with more than 20 years of ERP implementation experience across Southeast Asia.
  • Bisqo AB: The release cites Business Central migration work and Dynamics NAV support.
  • Navet Aktiebolag: The company announcement points to equipment-rental and process-manufacturing solutions.
  • Alletec USA: Insight Works attributes 25 years of Microsoft Dynamics experience and more than 1,000 clients to Alletec.
  • Grey Matters: The release describes more than 40 years in software and cloud services.

These are vendor-reported descriptions, not independently checked credentials. Because comparable information is not provided for every reseller, the announcement alone cannot support a reliable ranking of the partners.

What does the expansion mean for Business Central customers?

The practical change is a larger authorized channel through which customers may be able to access and get support for Insight Works apps built for Business Central. Insight Works reports that its reseller network has more than 800 global Microsoft partners; that is the company’s stated network size, not an independently audited count.

The announcement does not specify pricing, service-level commitments, implementation availability, or which apps each new reseller supports. Customers considering a provider should confirm the relevant app expertise, project scope, local support availability, and applicable terms directly with that firm. The release identifies authorized resellers, but does not establish an affiliate program or referral terms.
