Innosilicon’s Fenghua No. 2 is a discrete graphics card aimed at desktop and industrial systems. The company lists DirectX 11 support and card power of 4–15 W; UnionTech separately describes typical whole-card power of about 3–15 W. HotHardware reported a Windows 11 demonstration running Unigine Heaven in DirectX 11 mode in 2022, but that event demo is not proof of broad game compatibility or competitive gaming performance.
What is the Fenghua No. 2?
Innosilicon presents Fenghua No. 2 as a low-power desktop and embedded GPU for uses such as multi-display desktops and industrial computers. Its published specifications describe a PCIe 3.0 x8 card with 2 GB, 4 GB or 8 GB memory configurations. Memory options are LPDDR4, LPDDR4X, LPDDR5 or LPDDR5X; the company lists memory frequency up to 8.533 Gbps and bandwidth up to 68.264 GB/s. These are vendor-published specifications, not independently verified benchmark results. Innosilicon’s Fenghua No. 2 product page

The same page lists a 48 GPixel/s pixel fill rate and 1.5 TFLOPS FP32 compute. Those figures describe claimed specifications; without independent comparative tests, they do not establish how the card performs against current Intel, AMD or Nvidia GPUs.
Does it support DirectX 11?
Yes: Innosilicon lists DirectX 11 among the card’s supported graphics APIs. It also lists OpenGL 4.3, OpenGL ES 3.2 and Vulkan 1.2, with OpenCL 3.0 as its compute API. API support on a product page is not a guarantee that every application or game will work well; actual compatibility depends on drivers, operating system, board revision and software.

At a live presentation in early August 2022, Innosilicon demonstrated Windows 11 running Unigine Heaven in DirectX 11 mode, according to HotHardware’s event report. That supports the narrower claim that this workload was shown at the event. It was not an independent hands-on review, a game-compatibility survey or a controlled frame-rate comparison.
How much power does it use?
Innosilicon’s current product page lists GPU/card power of 4–15 W and advertises low-power and high-performance modes and fanless operation. The page uses the phrase “measured power consumption,” but does not specify a test protocol, workload or whether the range corresponds to particular board variants. Treat it as the company’s claim rather than a reproduced independent measurement. Innosilicon product specifications
UnionTech’s 2023 UOS compatibility notice gives typical whole-card power of approximately 3–15 W. This is a separate partner statement, not a directly comparable measurement to Innosilicon’s range. UnionTech’s UOS notice, dated July 6, 2023
What displays and video features are listed?
Innosilicon lists two HDMI 2.0 outputs, one DP/eDP 1.4 output and VGA. It claims support for dual 4K displays at 60 Hz and four independent displays. The listed decode capabilities include H.264 and H.265, including real-time 4K decoding. Connector availability can vary by board or model, so verify the exact card’s physical outputs and supported display combinations before buying or planning an installation. Innosilicon product page
Rank #2
- REDUCES GPU SAG: The motherboard-mounted bracket provides additional support beneath heavy graphics cards, helping maintain a level position and cleaner-looking build.
- SUPPORTS UP TO TWO GPUs: Adjustable support arms can stabilize one or two graphics cards, making the bracket suitable for both standard and multi-GPU configurations.
- MULTI-WAY ADJUSTMENT: Move the support vertically or horizontally, select an upper or lower mounting position, and reverse the bracket direction for a precise fit.
- ATX AND E-ATX COMPATIBILITY: Designed to mount directly to compatible ATX and E-ATX motherboards without requiring a floor-mounted support stand.
- DURABLE STEEL CONSTRUCTION: The black steel design delivers rigid GPU support while maintaining a discreet appearance that blends into the interior of the PC.
Can it run games and other applications?
There is evidence of a DirectX 11 benchmark demonstration and a separate UOS compatibility process, but neither establishes general gaming performance. UnionTech said Fenghua No. 2 completed hardware compatibility adaptation for UOS and entered production-stage deployment. Its notice reports testing across office, entertainment, games, CAD and GIS on UOS; this is platform-specific partner evidence, not independent validation across other operating systems or every application. UnionTech UOS compatibility notice
HotHardware’s 2022 report noted specification gaps at launch and did not provide hands-on testing. The evidence available here contains no independent modern benchmark comparison or controlled FPS results. For a specific workload, confirm driver support for the exact OS and application, then seek results from that workload on the exact board rather than inferring performance from API labels or theoretical figures.

In an August 8, 2023 announcement, Innosilicon said its Fenghua GPU was integrated into Zhaoyi Hengtong desktop and industrial computer solutions and that the companies had received bulk project orders. The company described office desktops, laptops and industrial PCs as application areas. The announcement does not establish how many Fenghua No. 2 cards shipped, current retail stock, or availability to individual buyers. Innosilicon’s August 8, 2023 announcement

Together, these statements support OEM and industrial use, but they do not verify a current consumer retail listing, price, warranty or supply channel. If evaluating a system that includes the GPU, ask the manufacturer or authorized integrator to identify the exact board, drivers, operating-system support and service terms.
Quick Recap
What to verify before choosing one
- Workload and driver: Confirm the required application and API work with the specific card, operating system and driver version.
- Power: Establish whether the quoted figure is chip or whole-card power and whether it was measured under the workload you plan to run.
- Displays: Check the board’s actual connectors and supported resolution, refresh rate and simultaneous display count.
- Memory: Match the 2 GB, 4 GB or 8 GB variant and memory type to the intended use; the published maximum bandwidth is not a substitute for workload testing.
- Supply and support: Confirm price, stock, warranty, driver updates and support with the OEM or integrator. The cited announcements do not establish current retail availability.
- Independent results: Look for reproducible tests of the exact application and configuration; no controlled current-GPU comparison is established by the cited evidence.
