The right pick depends mainly on your budget and screen preference versus your priorities for performance, camera flexibility and battery capacity.

How the differences affect your choice
Screen size and handling
The Note 50s has a 6.78-inch display and a higher stated refresh rate, making it the better fit if you want more screen area for video, reading or scrolling. The X300 FE’s 6.31-inch display is the more compact option if a smaller phone matters more than maximizing screen size.

Performance
The vivo’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 is a higher-tier listed chipset than the Infinix’s Dimensity 7300 Ultimate. That points to the X300 FE for buyers prioritizing flagship-class hardware, but chipset names alone cannot predict performance in every app or workload. There are no matched benchmark results here to quantify the difference.

Cameras
The X300 FE offers three distinct rear-camera roles, including a dedicated telephoto camera with optical image stabilization. That gives it more listed focal-length flexibility than the Note 50s’s primary-and-macro setup. The listed resolutions do not prove which phone takes better photos; if image quality is decisive, compare independent samples from the exact regional models.
Battery, charging and protection
Vivo lists a higher typical battery capacity and 90W FlashCharge, while Infinix lists a 5500mAh battery and the comparison table reports 45W charging. Vivo also lists IP68/IP69 protection versus IP64 for Infinix. These are rated specifications, not a guarantee of battery life, charging time or protection under every circumstance; follow the manufacturer’s water-exposure and warranty guidance.
