InEvo Re announced on 1 October 2026 that it had completed two reinsurance transactions with two new UK insurance clients. The company says the deals reflect its position in the UK funded reinsurance market, but it has not identified the clients or disclosed the transactions’ size, liability volume or detailed structure.

What InEvo Re announced

InEvo Re’s 1 October 2026 announcement says it completed two reinsurance transactions with two new UK insurance clients. The announcement describes them as evidence of the company’s “leading position” in the UK funded reinsurance market. That is InEvo Re’s characterization; the announcement provides no market-share figure or other measure to independently establish the claim.

Reinsurance News covered the announcement on 2 October 2026, describing InEvo Re as a Bermuda Class E life and annuity reinsurer and reporting the two transactions with new UK clients. Its account also reported that the deals reflected expanding capacity for tailored solutions.

What is—and is not—public about the deals

The announcement does not name either insurer or provide individual transaction terms. In the material published by InEvo Re and Reinsurance News, the following details are not stated:

  • Transaction values, premiums or liability volumes
  • Coverage duration or collateral amounts
  • The specific liability types or structures involved

As a result, the public account supports the transaction count and client geography, but not an estimate of scale or a conclusion about how risk is allocated in either deal.

How InEvo Re describes its approach

InEvo Re says it provides life and annuity reinsurance to global insurers, including cover for existing liabilities and reinsurance for new business. Its service descriptions distinguish two broad offerings:

  • In-force reinsurance: cover for existing retirement and pension liability blocks.
  • Flow reinsurance: cover for new business as it is written.

The company also describes collateral structures that may use ring-fencing, automatic novation mechanics and transparent reporting. These are descriptions of its general approach, not disclosed terms of the two newly announced transactions.

What the CUO said about the transactions

Alex Brogden, InEvo Re’s Chief Underwriting Officer, said the deals were tailored to each client’s objectives: “These two transactions mark an important expansion of our client base. Each deal was structured to meet the client’s specific capital and risk objectives — that is where we add the most value. We look forward to supporting these clients and expanding our client base globally in the years ahead.” Reinsurance News reported the statement on 2 October 2026.

How the 2026 news fits with InEvo Re’s earlier UK activity

On 31 March 2025, Macquarie Asset Management announced InEvo Re’s first transaction with a UK insurer. That earlier deal covered pension risk transfer (PRT) liabilities, including pensions in payment and deferred pensioners. The 2026 announcement does not say that either of its two transactions has the same PRT structure, so the earlier deal provides chronology—not evidence of the new transactions’ terms.
