Das IKEA LILJEBAGGE ist ein smartes Thermostat für wassergeführte Heizkörper. Es unterstützt Matter over Thread, benötigt für die Steuerung per Smartphone aber einen Thread Border Router. Die oft genannte Preisangabe von rund 15 Euro stammt aus einer deutschen App-Anzeige im September 2026; eine bestätigte deutschlandweite Verfügbarkeit ist damit nicht belegt.
Was ist das IKEA LILJEBAGGE?
LILJEBAGGE (Produktnummer 806.220.62, Hardware-Typ E2497) wird am Heizkörperventil montiert und regelt die Raumheizung. Über eine App lassen sich einzelne Räume einstellen und Zeitpläne einrichten, etwa zum Absenken der Temperatur nachts und zum Anheben am Morgen. Tasten und Display ermöglichen auch die Bedienung direkt am Gerät.
IKEA gibt an, dass das Thermostat bei einem Internetausfall die zuletzt eingestellte Temperatur beibehält. Die Fernsteuerung per App steht offline jedoch nicht zur Verfügung. IKEA nennt eine mögliche Verringerung des Energieverbrauchs, veröffentlicht für dieses Modell aber keine produktspezifische, gemessene Einsparungszahl.

Der schwedische Preis lässt sich nicht als deutscher oder niederländischer Verkaufspreis ausgeben. Auch der derzeitige IKEA-Smart-Home-Katalog für Deutschland führt LILJEBAGGE nicht; das allein beweist allerdings nicht, dass es keine einzelne App- oder Filialanzeige gibt.

Passt LILJEBAGGE an meinen Heizkörper?
Das Thermostat ist für wassergeführte Heizkörper ausgelegt, nicht für elektrische Heizungen. Es muss an ein passendes Thermostatventil montiert werden. IKEA legt sechs Adapter und fünf Führungskarten bei und beschreibt die Kompatibilität als passend für die meisten wassergeführten Heizkörper. Die Zahl der Adapter ist jedoch keine Garantie für jedes Ventil: Prüfen Sie vor dem Kauf den Ventiltyp und vergleichen Sie ihn mit den Angaben in der IKEA-Anleitung. Auch Tweakers weist auf das erforderliche Thermostatventil und die fehlende Unterstützung elektrischer Heizungen hin. Tweakers
Welche Smart-Home-Hardware ist nötig?
IKEA erklärt: „This product uses Matter over Thread, which means that you need a Thread Border Router to control it through your phone, for example our DIRIGERA hub.“ Für die Matter-Steuerung per Smartphone ist also ein Thread Border Router erforderlich; DIRIGERA ist ein Beispiel, nicht die einzige mögliche Wahl. Die Anleitung nennt außerdem einen Hub und eine App desselben Smart-Home-Systems für das Matter-Pairing.

Nach der Installation und Kalibrierung lässt sich das Thermostat laut Anleitung auch ohne Smart-Home-System als Einzelgerät verwenden. IKEA führt Amazon, Apple, Google, Homey und Samsung als Kompatibilitätsbeispiele auf. Welche Funktionen verfügbar sind, hängt laut Anleitung vom jeweiligen Matter-System ab – dieselbe Funktionsauswahl in jeder App ist daher nicht zugesichert.

Installation, Bedienung und Batterien
- Ventil prüfen: Stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihr Heizkörper wassergeführt ist und ein passendes Thermostatventil besitzt.
- Am abgekühlten Heizkörper montieren: Die Anleitung empfiehlt, die Installation vorzunehmen, wenn Heizkörper und Rohre kühl sind. Verwenden Sie bei Bedarf einen der mitgelieferten Adapter.
- Kalibrieren: Nach der Montage muss das Gerät kalibriert werden. Dieser Vorgang kann mehrere Minuten dauern.
- Smart-Home-System koppeln: Für Matter-Pairing benötigen Sie einen Hub und eine App desselben Systems sowie für die Smartphone-Steuerung einen Thread Border Router. Alternativ ist laut IKEA nach Installation und Kalibrierung der Stand-alone-Betrieb möglich.
- Batterien einsetzen: Erforderlich sind zwei AA-Batterien des Typs HR6, die separat gekauft werden müssen.
IKEA empfiehlt wiederaufladbare LADDA-AA-HR6-Akkus mit 2450 mAh. Die Anleitung schätzt die Laufzeit mit zwei neuen LADDA-Akkus auf etwa 18 Monate; das ist eine Herstellerangabe und kein unabhängig ermittelter Messwert. Die Temperatur lässt sich in Schritten von 0,5 °C einstellen, der niedrigste Sollwert beträgt 5 °C.

Wichtige Grenzen im Alltag
- Der eingebaute Temperatursensor sitzt nahe an der Wärmequelle. Seine Anzeige kann deshalb von der Temperatur an anderen Stellen im Raum abweichen.
- Die Anleitung beschreibt nach sieben Tagen Nutzung einen automatischen Bewegungszyklus des Ventils zur Vorbeugung gegen Verkalkung.
- Die Steuerung per Smartphone hängt von der Internetverbindung und dem gewählten Matter-System ab; bei einem Internetausfall bleibt nach IKEA-Angabe die letzte eingestellte Temperatur erhalten, die Fernsteuerung ist dann aber nicht verfügbar.
Für wen ist das Thermostat interessant?
LILJEBAGGE kommt infrage, wenn Sie einen wassergeführten Heizkörper mit passendem Thermostatventil haben und vor allem einzelne Räume per App oder Zeitplan regeln möchten. Berücksichtigen Sie neben dem Thermostatpreis auch die separat benötigten Batterien und – für Matter-Steuerung per Smartphone – einen Thread Border Router, falls Sie noch keinen besitzen.
Wer Tado, Netatmo oder andere Heizkörperthermostate vergleicht, sollte Ventilkompatibilität, Heizungsart, Hub- und App-Anforderungen, Plattformfunktionen, Lieferumfang sowie den örtlichen Preis und die tatsächliche Verfügbarkeit gegenüberstellen. Frandroid nennt Tado und Netatmo als Alternativen, doch ein direkter Produkttest oder eine verifizierte aktuelle Preisübersicht ist damit nicht verbunden. Frandroid
