The Iceberg Thermal IceFLOE Oasis 360 is a capable 360 mm all-in-one cooler that delivered strong results in independent 2024 tests, including under high-power CPU loads. Its main trade-off is noise when the fans run at maximum speed. It was especially compelling at its roughly $89–$90 review-era price; because that is not a verified 2026 street price, check the current seller, socket kit, warranty and alternatives before buying.

How well does it cool?
In 2024 testing, the IceFLOE Oasis 360 performed like a serious high-capacity cooler rather than a budget model relying on looks alone. The results are promising for sustained workloads, but they are measurements from particular test benches—not a temperature guarantee for every processor.
#1 Best Overall
- CONTACT FRAME FOR INTEL LGA1851 | LGA1700: Optimized contact pressure distribution for longer CPU life and better heat dissipation
- ARCTIC's P12 PRO FAN: More power at any speed - more powerful and quieter than the P12, especially at low speeds. Higher maximum speed for optimal cooling performance under high load
- NATIVE OFFSET MOUNTING FOR INTEL AND AMD: Shifting the cold plate center towards the CPU hotspot ensures more efficient heat transfer
- INTEGRATED VRM FAN: PWM-controlled fan that lowers the temperature of the voltage converters and thus ensures reliable performance
- INTEGRATED CABLE MANAGEMENT: The PWM cables of the radiator fans are integrated in the sheathing of the hoses so that only a single visible cable is connected to the motherboard
High-power Intel testing
Tom’s Hardware tested the 360 mm model with an Intel Core i7-13700K. In its unrestricted high-power test, the cooler avoided thermal throttling in a comparison where weaker coolers did not. In that outlet’s 175 W Cinebench test, it averaged about 51°C above a 23°C ambient temperature—roughly 74°C under the review’s reporting method. That result belongs to that CPU, test, and setup, not to all 175 W processors. Read the Tom’s Hardware test and results.
Thermal resistance and other loads
AnandTech measured average thermal resistance of 0.0665°C/W at maximum fan speed and 0.0768°C/W at approximately half speed. Lower thermal resistance indicates more heat transferred for a given temperature difference in that test; it does not translate directly into a predicted CPU temperature on another system. The test-method description helps explain why results from different reviews should not be treated as a single ranking.
The FPS Review tested a Core i9-13900K platform at 200 W, 250 W and 275 W all-core loads. It found reasonable performance at stock settings and with a mild overclock when fan speed remained above approximately 1,000 RPM. Those findings support the cooler’s suitability for demanding CPUs, while still leaving temperatures dependent on power limits, mounting, case airflow and ambient conditions. See its high-power-load discussion.

For mainstream Ryzen 5/Ryzen 7 and Core i5/Core i7 systems, a 360 mm radiator offers ample cooling capacity, though it may not be the most economical choice. High-power Intel chips can still approach thermal or power limits depending on motherboard defaults, BIOS settings, contact frame, paste application and room temperature. X3D processors used mainly for gaming generally do not need a 360 mm AIO just to function well; the case for one is more about sustained productivity, acoustics at a chosen load, appearance or future upgrades.
Noise: quiet at moderate speeds, audible at full speed
The noise verdict depends on the operating point and test conditions. AnandTech measured 43.1 dBA with the fans at around 2,220 RPM, and 35.1 dBA at approximately 1,100 RPM; thermal resistance increased at the lower fan speed. It also noted that the pump could be heard when fan noise was absent or not masking it. These are measurements from AnandTech’s setup, not a universal noise level. Its thermal and acoustic results provide the test context.
Tom’s Hardware, by contrast, found the 360 mm unit below its approximately 37.3 dBA ambient/system noise level during its 175 W test. The two accounts need not conflict: they used different benches, loads, fan behavior, noise floors and measurement methods. Tom’s result describes a particular test condition; it does not establish that the cooler is silent at maximum fan speed.

Installation, case fit and connections
Reviews describe installation as straightforward, and reported accessories include Intel and AMD mounting hardware, thermal paste, a three-way fan splitter, a Molex adapter and cabling. Exact box contents can vary by package, so compare the included hardware with the current manual and your socket before opening or mounting the cooler. The FPS Review describes its installation experience.
Check the case before buying
- Confirm support for a 360 mm radiator in the position you intend to use; case support may be limited to front or top mounting.
- Allow for the radiator plus fans, not just the approximately 27 mm radiator. Check the case’s maximum radiator length and total thickness clearance.
- For a front mount, check how the radiator and fans affect graphics-card clearance. For a top mount, check RAM and VRM-heatsink clearance.
- Plan tube routing without sharp kinks, and avoid placing the pump as the highest point in the loop when a practical alternative exists. These are general AIO installation considerations, not a product-specific orientation rule.
Plan the wiring and lighting
Connect pump power and fan power to the headers specified by the current manual and your motherboard. Do not assume a particular header assignment without checking those instructions. The included splitter can consolidate fan connections, but pump control and fan control may be separate.

ThinkComputers reported that the package does not include a dedicated ARGB controller. You will need a compatible motherboard ARGB header and software, or a separate controller. Check connector type carefully: a 5 V three-pin ARGB connector is not interchangeable with a 12 V four-pin RGB header. Its review covers the controller omission and connections.
Verify the socket kit
AM4, AM5 and LGA1700 support appear in product coverage, but LGA1851 is inconsistent across listings. A listing that mentions LGA1851 does not prove that every retail box includes the required bracket. Confirm the exact part number, included hardware and written seller or manufacturer compatibility confirmation before purchasing for a newer socket. One product listing names LGA1700 and AM5, while another specification source includes LGA1851.

The fans and pump housing have ARGB lighting, and the pump cover can be adjusted for logo orientation. This is a motherboard-controlled lighting setup rather than a complete bundled software ecosystem: the reported package has no dedicated lighting controller, and buyers should not expect one application to manage lighting, fans and pump. If synchronized effects matter, confirm your motherboard has the correct ARGB header or budget for a compatible controller.

Warranty and ownership considerations
Tom’s Hardware reported a seven-year manufacturer warranty in its 2024 review. Treat that as a review-era claim, not proof of current worldwide coverage. Before buying, check the current policy for your region, the exact product revision, any registration requirement, exclusions and who handles claims. Keep the invoice and serial information; do not assume a long stated term guarantees easy local replacement service.
A product description warns that removing a radiator service plug can void the warranty. Do not tamper with it; consult the current manual or support channel if you see a suspected issue. For a suspected leak or pump failure, shut the PC down, disconnect AC power, document the condition with photographs and contact the retailer or manufacturer before cleaning or disassembling the cooler. Persistent grinding, clicking, rising idle temperatures or a zero/erratic pump reading deserve investigation; a brief startup gurgle is not by itself proof of failure. Iceberg Thermal maintains a review and media page and an official community forum, but forum availability does not establish a guaranteed response time.
Should you buy it instead of an alternative?
The right comparison depends on what you value. Current prices and availability for the Oasis 360 and the alternatives below are not established here, so treat these as product categories to compare—not live price recommendations.
| Option | Why consider it | What to weigh |
|---|---|---|
| IceFLOE Oasis 360 | Strong 2024 test results and a historically low price for a 360 mm AIO | Check current price, seller, socket kit, warranty handling, case fit and maximum-speed noise |
| Budget or large dual-tower air cooler | No pump or liquid loop; potentially simpler long-term ownership | Check tower-height, RAM and motherboard clearance; less suited to buyers who specifically want a radiator aesthetic |
| Budget 240 mm AIO | May fit more cases and cost less than a 360 mm unit | Compare actual CPU load, noise and price; do not assume its performance from radiator size alone |
| Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 | Performance-focused alternative | Its thicker radiator can impose different clearance requirements; see Arctic |
| Corsair 360 mm AIO | Some models offer broader software and ecosystem integration | May cost more and use proprietary ecosystem components; see Corsair |
| NZXT Kraken 360 | Emphasis on display and software features | Less compelling if the priority is cooling per dollar; see NZXT |
| Thermalright 360 mm AIO | Relevant budget-category comparison | Warranty, support and availability vary by model; see Thermalright |
For air-cooling comparisons, check large models from Noctua, be quiet! or DeepCool against the case’s cooler-height limit and memory clearance. A large air cooler trades radiator clearance and pump complexity for tower and board clearance; neither category is automatically the better fit.
Price-sensitive verdict
The IceFLOE Oasis 360’s reputation rests partly on its roughly $89–$90 price in 2024 coverage, including the prices discussed by Tom’s Hardware and The FPS Review. That is historical context, not a current quote. At or near that price, from a reputable seller with clear returns and valid warranty support, it looks like a strong-value choice for a buyer who needs a 360 mm AIO. At a modest premium, compare the actual alternatives and support terms. Near premium-AIO pricing—or from a marketplace seller with uncertain returns—it is difficult to recommend on the strength of old pricing alone.
