The graphics card is the clearest difference between these two configurations. The iBUYPOWER RDY Element 9 Pro R07 pairs a Radeon RX 9070 XT 16GB with a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, while the ABS Cyclone Aqua CA14400F50605 pairs an RTX 5060 8GB with a Core i5-14400F. The iBUYPOWER is the stronger performance-tier choice for demanding settings and higher resolutions; the cited ABS configuration is the budget-oriented alternative. That verdict applies to these exact SKUs—not every PC sold under the Cyclone Aqua name.
Which gaming PC should you choose?
Choose the iBUYPOWER RDY Element 9 Pro R07 if your priority is graphics performance for demanding games or higher-resolution play. Its RX 9070 XT is in a higher graphics-card tier than the RTX 5060 in the ABS Cyclone Aqua CA14400F50605. Choose the cited ABS model if its lower price fits your budget and the performance level of an RTX 5060 suits your games and settings.
This is a parts-based comparison, not a claim that the iBUYPOWER achieves a particular percentage more frames. The available independent review results cover the R07; the ABS figures on its product page are manufacturer-provided, and there is no matched independent test of these two exact systems in the sources cited here.

Why the GPU is the main gaming distinction
The graphics card has the most direct bearing on gaming performance when a game is graphically demanding. The R07’s RX 9070 XT 16GB and the ABS model’s RTX 5060 8GB are different tiers, making the iBUYPOWER the more performance-oriented machine of these two builds. That does not mean it wins every workload or that a specific frame-rate gap can be inferred without testing both PCs under the same conditions.
The CPU, memory, and storage also differ. The R07 lists a Ryzen 7 7800X3D and DDR5-6000 memory; the ABS lists a Core i5-14400F and DDR4-3200. Both have 32GB of memory, while the R07 has twice the listed SSD capacity. These are useful secondary distinctions, but they do not replace checking the GPU against the games, resolution, and settings you care about.

What the R07 review test shows—and what it does not
PC Gamer reported results for the iBUYPOWER R07 in Black Myth: Wukong at 1440p Very High. With upscaling enabled, it measured 83 average FPS and 51 FPS for 1% lows; without upscaling, it measured 56 average FPS and 49 FPS for 1% lows. These figures describe that reviewed system, game, settings, and test method. They are not an ABS comparison or a guarantee of performance in other games. See the PC Gamer R07 review for its testing context.
Check the Cyclone Aqua SKU before buying
“Cyclone Aqua” is a product family, not one fixed specification. The ABS listing cited here is SKU CA14400F50605 with an RTX 5060, while PC Gamer’s 2026 gaming-PC guide also refers to Aqua configurations with an RTX 5060 Ti. A different Aqua configuration can change the comparison substantially. Match the complete model or SKU and graphics card on the retailer listing before treating another Cyclone Aqua as equivalent to this one. PC Gamer’s 2026 guide to gaming PCs places the Element 9 Pro and Cyclone Aqua in different guide categories—best overall and best budget—not as the outcome of a direct head-to-head test of these two SKUs.

Compare live prices and terms, not old review prices
The ABS official page displayed a starting price of $1,099.99 when accessed on October 7, 2026. The current R07 price was not established from the retrieved official listing, so those figures do not establish a live price gap between the computers. Check the exact SKU, seller, and current checkout price for both systems before deciding. Review prices can be dated or refer to a different offer; Tom’s Guide’s R07 review, for example, was published March 22, 2026, and should not be treated as a current quote: Tom’s Guide R07 review.
Warranty terms are another practical point of comparison: iBUYPOWER’s page displays three years of warranty coverage and a 60-day return period, while ABS lists a one-year limited warranty for systems bought through authorized retailers. Verify the precise coverage, seller eligibility, and return deadline for the listing you intend to buy.
