I shipped ICD Atlas as a small Apple-platform reference app for looking up selected ICD-10 and ICD-11 entries by code or medical term. After downloading at least one language library, text lookup works offline; the app is not a substitute for US billing classifications or a complete coding workflow.
What ICD Atlas is designed to do
ICD Atlas is a classification reference for clinicians, medical students, and others who need to find an entry. The App Store listing says it supports searches by code or medical term, recent-entry cards, source links, an iPad reference layout, and a Home Screen widget. How offline lookup works
Offline use begins with an online download: the listing says language libraries require internet access, then text lookup works offline. Keep at least one library installed to search. The practical distinction is that the lookup can be offline once its data is on the device; setting up a library cannot.

Where a source translation is incomplete, the app may display an official English title and identify it as English.

The listing identifies the ICD-11 content as the Mortality and Morbidity Statistics (MMS) 2026-01 release, available in 13 languages. ICD-10 coverage is a set of specified editions rather than one universal edition:

What it does not cover
International ICD-10 is not the same as the US billing classifications ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS. The listing explicitly says ICD Atlas does not provide those US classifications, ICD-11 postcoordination, or a complete coding workflow. It is a lookup reference, not a coding system for validating a claim or completing a coding task. Confirm local requirements and the applicable classification before relying on an entry.

Privacy and platform details
According to the developer’s App Store privacy answers, searches and recent cards stay on the device, and static HTTPS library downloads do not include search text or viewed codes. Optional voice input uses Apple’s Speech framework. These are developer-provided disclosures, not an independent privacy audit; Apple says the developer’s privacy information has not been verified by Apple.
The App Store compatibility section lists iPhone and iPad with iOS 18.6 or iPadOS 18.6 or later; Mac with macOS 15.6 or later and Apple M1 or later; and Apple Vision with visionOS 2.6 or later. Check the current listing for device and software requirements, which can change.
