Completing all five ARC Raiders Expeditions fully unlocked the Zenith Outfit in-game—not a physical T-shirt. The shirt in the headline is a separate piece of official merchandise. As of October 3, 2026, the fifth Expedition’s departure window has closed, and Embark says Expeditions will return in early 2027 with major improvements.
What did you get for completing every ARC Raiders Expedition?
Embark said that completing all five Expeditions fully unlocked the Zenith Outfit. The fifth Expedition also offered progression bonuses: Embark’s fifth Expedition announcement listed 12 additional stash slots for that cycle, subject to an overall cap of 60; bonus skill points capped at 15 overall; and consecutive XP, Scrappy-material, and repair buffs capped at three levels each. The announcement also listed “Mystery Rewards” without specifying their contents.
These were in-game benefits. Embark’s Expedition Project help page says Expeditions can grant unique cosmetics, but those are game items—not clothing shipped to your door.
Is the ARC Raiders Expedition T-shirt a real reward?
No physical shirt is identified as an Expedition reward. The real-world shirt exists separately: Embark announced the opening of its ARC Raiders merchandise store, which offers apparel, and the official shop’s ARC Raiders collection lists T-shirts.

The shop’s black T-shirt product page describes a unisex 100% cotton shirt, says it runs slightly small and recommends ordering one size up, and lists a 30-day return policy. It states that worldwide delivery is available, with delivery times and shipping costs depending on checkout. Product details and fulfillment terms can change, so check the product page and checkout before ordering. The store identifies Sport Design Sweden as its operator and an official Embark Studios partner.
When was the fifth Expedition, and what happens next?
Embark’s August 21, 2026 announcement set the fifth Expedition departure window for September 8–29, 2026. It closed September 29 at 10:00 CEST / 08:00 UTC, so it was no longer open as of October 3, 2026.

Embark said the fifth Expedition would be the last until early 2027, when Expeditions would return with major improvements. The team said it was addressing player pain points, but an exact date and rules for the next cycle have not been confirmed. In Embark’s words, “The fifth Expedition will be the last one until early 2027, when Expeditions will return with major improvements, tackling some of the biggest player pain points.” (Embark’s Expedition pause statement.)
How the Expedition reset works
The Expedition Project is optional and unlocks at level 20, according to Embark’s Help Center. Players gather resources and complete the Caravan project, then choose whether to depart during a scheduled window. Departing resets most character-bound progression, but selected account progress and cosmetics carry over; it is not a forced global wipe.

What changed for the fifth Expedition?
Embark adjusted the fifth cycle in response to feedback. The departure window was extended from two weeks to three, players could choose not to reset quest progress, and there was no Last Call after the window closed. Completing the Caravan did not itself register a player: they still needed to sign up during the departure window. Embark documented these changes in its fifth Expedition announcement and fifth-cycle changes notice.
