The Husqvarna 122iB is a 36V cordless leaf blower Husqvarna positions for small and medium gardens. Its published specifications make it worth considering for routine cleanup if you want a battery-powered tool, but they do not establish how it performs on wet leaves, heavy debris, or extended jobs. The key buying choice is whether to purchase the bare tool or the UK kit with battery and charger.
This is a specification-based review, not an independent test. Performance, comfort, and suitability descriptions below are attributed to Husqvarna; UK prices and package contents can differ by country and change over time.
What the Husqvarna 122iB is designed for
Husqvarna describes the 122iB as a 36V battery-powered blower for small and medium gardens. It has three speed modes, a removable tube, a soft-grip handle, and uses the BLi-X battery system. These are manufacturer descriptions and specifications, not independently verified findings about comfort, runtime, or clearing ability.

How to read its airflow and blow-force specifications
Husqvarna’s UK product page gives a maximum blow force of 11 N, maximum air flow of 14.42 m³/min at the round nozzle, and maximum air speed of 53 m/s at the round nozzle. Its UK support specification for selected article numbers also lists 11 N maximum blow force, but gives airflow in the pipe as 12.1 m³/min and round-nozzle air speed as 45 m/s.
These figures should not be treated as a single set of directly comparable measurements: the airflow locations are labeled differently, and the air-speed figures differ between the product and support pages. Use the labels alongside the numbers rather than assuming one unlabeled “power” figure. Neither set, by itself, proves how quickly the blower will clear a particular surface or material.

Weight, sound, and runtime information
Husqvarna lists the blower at 1.892 kg excluding the battery. The figure therefore does not represent the weight of the complete kit in use.
The company lists three distinct acoustic measurements: 82.8 dB(A) sound pressure at the operator’s ear, 92.2 dB(A) measured sound power, and 93 dB(A) guaranteed sound power. They describe different measurements and should not be collapsed into one noise-level figure.

Husqvarna says runtime varies with battery capacity, task, conditions, battery age and health, and operating level. It characterizes its “up to” runtime estimates as internal-test guidelines that may vary. No specific runtime figure is established here, so plan around your job and battery rather than assuming a duration.

Is the Husqvarna 122iB worth considering?
It merits consideration if you want a cordless blower for routine cleanup in a small or medium garden and are comfortable choosing the right battery package. The published figures provide useful specifications, but they are not independent evidence of real-world clearing performance, comfort, or runtime. Buyers with heavier, wetter, or more sustained work should not assume this model is suited to those demands based on the information available here.
