What the Huawei RH2288H V3 is
Huawei’s RH2288H V3 user guide describes a 2U rack server with two processor sockets, DDR4 memory support, and multiple possible front-drive layouts. Those platform capabilities describe the model family; they do not confirm the parts fitted to a specific used server.

The guide describes several front-drive configurations, including 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch layouts and different drive interfaces. “Full fronts” is therefore not a precise bay or storage specification: it does not establish the drive size, backplane, number of carriers, or whether any drives are included. Request a clear front-panel photo and the backplane details, then get the included carrier and drive count in writing.
