Why is picture-in-picture not showing up?
- Check YouTube TV’s own setting. Open the app’s profile picture menu, go to Settings, and make sure Picture in Picture is on.
- Confirm which app you are using. YouTube TV and the separate YouTube app have different help instructions. YouTube’s general app guidance includes platform-specific iPhone/iPad and Android settings; those are not stated as requirements for YouTube TV’s PiP setting. See YouTube’s iPhone and iPad guidance or Android guidance only if the issue is in the general YouTube app.
- Check the viewing context. YouTube TV’s PiP instructions describe mobile devices. Its separate TV-device help covers using the television app and casting, not this mobile PiP setting.
