Colorlib Wizard 15 is a free, three-step front-end template for a financial-account or profile setup flow. Colorlib’s September 2026 update describes it as plain HTML and CSS with a small amount of vanilla JavaScript, without jQuery, Bootstrap files, or plugins. It is a starting interface—not a complete financial service or a proven secure, backend-connected account system.
What the template is designed to do
Colorlib describes Wizard 15 as a “modern free financial account template with a 3-step wizard” for financial applications and growth projects. Its stated purpose is to guide a user through profile setup on desktop or mobile. Colorlib calls the layout mobile-friendly; that is the publisher’s description, not an independent responsive-design test.
The three-step format gives a project a focused setup flow to preview and adapt. The listing does not establish the exact fields or business rules your application should collect, so decide those from your product requirements rather than assuming the template covers them.

In its September 2026 indexed update, Colorlib says the template uses plain HTML and CSS plus a few lines of vanilla JavaScript. The update says it needs no jQuery, Bootstrap files, or plugins, and that its steps work without a plugin. It also describes the range slider as plain JavaScript with mouse, touch, and keyboard support. These are Colorlib’s implementation claims; the files and interactions have not been independently tested here.

Colorlib reports a 74 KB download in that update. This is the publisher’s stated size, not a separately measured download. The listing says the code can be used standalone or dropped into Bootstrap 4, 5, or 6 projects.
The page still carries the category label “Bootstrap Wizard,” even though the updated description says the snippet contains no Bootstrap files. Treat the category as labeling, not proof that Bootstrap is a dependency.

How to decide whether it fits your project
- Use it as a visual and interaction starting point: its described scope is a three-step financial-account or profile setup interface.
- Check the implementation against your stack: the updated listing describes a standalone HTML/CSS/vanilla-JavaScript version and says it can also be used in Bootstrap 4, 5, or 6 projects.
- Plan your own form behavior: the listing does not establish backend submission, data storage, validation rules, or financial-account processing.
- Evaluate quality before deployment: no independent browser compatibility run, accessibility audit, security review, or production-readiness assessment is established by the listing.

Colorlib lists the template under CC BY 3.0. Confirm the applicable license terms for the downloaded files and any included assets before publishing or distributing an adapted version; the listing alone is not a legal assessment of a particular use.
