Colorlib Contact Form V18 is a downloadable website template for a contact page, not a hosted form service. Although the original title calls it a form “with Google Map,” Colorlib’s 2026 collection describes V18 as using a static map image behind the form—not a live, interactive Google Maps embed. You will also need to connect the form to a backend or form-processing service if you want submissions delivered to you.
What Contact Form V18 includes
Colorlib describes V18 as a location-page design with a background image and five fields: name, email, phone, company and message. The individual template page also mentions a topic-selection dropdown and social buttons, but those details are not confirmed in the collection’s five-field summary. Check the current download to confirm the exact controls and layout before building around them. Colorlib’s V18 page credits Aigars Silkalns. Its displayed dates conflict, so neither should be treated as a verified release date.
Colorlib reports a download size of 290 KB for V18 in its 2026 collection. This is the publisher’s listing, not an independently measured archive size. View Colorlib’s template collection.
Is V18’s map interactive?
Not according to the 2026 collection’s description: V18 places a static map image behind the form. A static image may provide location context, but it is not a live map users can pan or zoom. The collection describes some other map layouts as using live, keyless Google Maps embeds; that behavior should not be attributed to V18. If a live, interactive map is a requirement, inspect the current download or choose a template whose live-map behavior is explicitly documented. Colorlib’s collection distinguishes these map treatments.

What you need to make submissions work
A form’s visual design does not by itself deliver messages. Colorlib says its templates need a backend or form service connected to receive and route submissions; it names Formspree, PHP mail, Nodemailer and SendGrid as possible approaches. Its collection characterizes Formspree as requiring no backend coding, but V18 is not described as shipping with any of these services configured. See Colorlib’s setup guidance and the V18 page.
- Download and inspect the template. Confirm the included files, fields, image assets and any existing form markup in the current archive.
- Choose how messages will be processed. Use a backend or a form-processing service that fits your site. Colorlib lists Formspree, PHP mail, Nodemailer and SendGrid as examples; availability and setup requirements depend on the service and your hosting environment.
- Connect the form to that handler. Configure the form action or the relevant client/server code to submit to your chosen endpoint. The exact configuration is not established by the template descriptions, so follow the instructions for the actual download and service you use.
- Test the complete path. Submit a test message and verify it arrives at the intended destination. A page that renders correctly does not prove delivery or routing works.
Compatibility and licensing to verify
Colorlib says its templates use HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript and can run on their own or within Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 projects. This is publisher-stated compatibility, not an independent test of V18 in every project or browser. Check the current archive and your project’s dependencies before integrating it. How to decide whether V18 fits
- Choose it for a static location treatment if a map image behind a contact form is sufficient; do not choose it on the assumption that it includes an interactive map.
- Check the field set against the information your visitors should provide. The collection lists name, email, phone, company and message; the individual page separately mentions a topic dropdown.
- Plan message handling separately and confirm that your server or chosen form service can receive and route submissions.
- Review licensing and attribution in the current download before publishing.
