To use Adobe Express for business, start by creating a shared brand kit, turn approved designs into reusable templates, and decide who can create, approve, and publish content. Then connect social accounts if you plan to schedule posts, and choose Teams or Enterprise based on the administration and governance your organization needs.

1. Set up your brand kit

Before building the kit, gather the approved logos, color values, fonts, and graphics your team is expected to use. Confirm which versions are current so staff do not have to choose between outdated or unofficial assets.

  1. From the Adobe Express home page, select Brands.
  2. Select Create brand > Manual setup.
  3. Enter a brand name, choose where to save the brand, and create it.
  4. Add the approved logos, colors, fonts, and graphics.

Adobe also documents an image-upload option that can extract brand elements such as palettes, fonts, and logos. Review extracted elements before relying on them as approved assets. See Adobe’s Create brands in Adobe Express.

2. Turn approved designs into templates

Templates make repeat work—such as campaign posts, flyers, or presentations—easier to start consistently. The template controls described here are available on Teams and Enterprise plans.

  1. Open an approved design in Express and select Share > Convert to template.
  2. Name the template and choose its project location. Add collaborator instructions where they will help people use it correctly.
  3. In template settings, choose which layers to lock and whether collaborators may unlock them.
  4. Use the Style controls to restrict colors, fonts, editing options, and replacement-image locations as needed.
  5. Save the template and share it or its project with the intended collaborators.

For a managed team, decide who is allowed to create or edit templates. Adobe’s Enterprise role controls can assign those capabilities to designated template managers and restrict them for ordinary members. A role does not override project permissions: someone still needs edit access to a project to edit it. See Adobe’s roles documentation and project-sharing guidance.

3. Create content with a review step

Have staff begin recurring work from the approved template rather than an old exported file or an unapproved design. A template can constrain selected design choices, but it does not verify facts, accessibility, or whether a particular use is appropriate.

  • Check names, dates, offers, and other factual details against the source of truth.
  • Review readability and accessibility, including text contrast and alternative text where relevant.
  • Route content through the person responsible for brand or campaign approval before publication.

Adobe positions Express for business content including ads, social posts, videos, presentations, and pitch decks, and describes brand kits and templates as tools for consistent creation. Those product descriptions are not evidence that content is error-free or that a business outcome is guaranteed. See Adobe’s Adobe Express for business.

4. Schedule or publish social posts

Connect the relevant social account or accounts to Content Scheduler first. Available channel choices and any connection requirements can vary, so check the options in your own account and region.

  1. Open the design in the Express editor.
  2. Select Share > Schedule post.
  3. Choose the connected channel or channels, then add the caption and media.
  4. Add alt text describing the visual for people using assistive technology.
  5. Choose a future date and time to schedule the post, or publish it immediately.

Adobe’s schedule posts instructions document the workflow and supported networks. In Enterprise, social publishing can be assigned as a role capability, allowing an organization to separate content creation from publishing.

5. Set ownership and permissions before inviting the team

Decide how the work will be governed before sharing access broadly. A practical division of responsibilities is to name an owner for brand assets, designate template creators and approvers, and identify who can publish social posts. Match each person’s access to those duties and check project permissions when someone cannot edit or share a file.

Adobe’s business materials describe centralized license management and business asset controls; Enterprise materials describe additional administrative capabilities. 6. Choose Teams or Enterprise

Adobe describes Teams as aimed at small and midsize organizations and Enterprise as aimed at larger organizations with broader administration and security needs. Compare the plans against the work you need to control, rather than choosing solely by team size.

These are distinctions in Adobe’s product descriptions, not an independent assessment of which plan performs better. Features and plan packaging can change; verify current details in Adobe’s plan comparison before purchasing.

Check the current price and renewal terms

When checked on October 7, 2026, Adobe’s US pricing page listed Teams starting at US$4.99 per person per month for the first year, renewing at US$7.99 per person per month, with a two-seat minimum. These are published US offer terms, not a universal or permanent price; confirm region, billing term, taxes, eligibility, minimum seats, and renewal cost on Adobe’s Teams pricing page.
