To unlock Ghost of Yōtei’s reported PlayStation crossover outfits, update to patch v2.0 or later and play Ghost of Yōtei: Most Wanted. The four reported franchise themes are The Last of Us, Helldivers, Astro Bot, and Journey. Public guidance does not specify the exact bounty, number of runs, or currency cost for each reward, so check the Most Wanted reward and vendor screens in your game for each item’s condition.
Unlock the crossover outfits through Most Wanted
- Update the game. Install patch v2.0 or later and check that Most Wanted is available on your local build. PlayStation announced global availability for October 1, 2026, with October 2 availability in some territories, including parts of Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Open Most Wanted and play runs. PlayStation describes runs as the route to unlockable rewards. A September 30, 2026 report quoting Sucker Punch says to unlock the themed armor by playing Ghost of Yōtei: Most Wanted starting October 1.
- Check each reward’s listed condition. Use the in-game Most Wanted rewards or vendor screens to see what a particular appearance requires. The available public guidance does not establish a specific bounty, run count, or currency cost for each one.
The four reported crossover themes are The Last of Us, Helldivers, Astro Bot, and Journey. The reporting identifies the franchise inspirations but does not establish whether every reward is a complete armor set or a dye or appearance variant; use the current in-game item name and description for that distinction.

If a crossover reward is missing
- Confirm that patch v2.0 or later is installed and that Most Wanted has rolled out for your region.
- Enter Most Wanted, play runs, and revisit its rewards or vendor screen.
- Read the condition shown for the specific item rather than assuming one run, a particular boss, or a purchase unlocks it.
Do not confuse these with other Ghost of Yōtei gear
Digital Deluxe bonuses
PlayStation’s Digital Deluxe announcement lists The Snake armor set and an alternate dye for the starting armor, as well as horse and saddle cosmetics, a charm, a gold Sword Kit, and early Traveler’s Maps. These edition bonuses are separate from the four newer crossover themes.

Sakai Armor early access
PlayStation’s September 2026 announcement said people who preordered the Complete Edition or its upgrade by September 30 received early access to Sakai Armor on October 1 without unlocking it through Most Wanted. That was a time-limited early-access condition; the stated eligibility deadline has passed.
