Spoilers: The Dog ending is reported to require New Game Plus, all three Guide Dog coins, and a deposit at each coin’s matching bank. The Gold Coin is reported to be behind door 793 in Part 6’s SWDP section; finding it is only one step in the route.
Before you start: the reported requirements
Two unofficial walkthroughs agree on the core route: play New Game Plus, collect the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Guide Dog coins, and deposit each one in its matching bank. The official publisher sources reviewed do not confirm this unlock sequence, so treat the locations and ending conditions below as walkthrough-reported rather than officially verified. As a precaution suggested by the guide material, make a manual save at the start of your New Game Plus run. The walkthroughs say the Dog ending is unavailable on a first playthrough.

Collect and deposit all three Guide Dog coins
Bronze Coin — Part 1
In Part 1, search the back room of Video Star on Shorefront Road for the Bronze Coin. Its matching Guide Dog bank is reported to be on Main Street, opposite the Pharmacy. Collect the coin and interact with that bank to deposit it.

- Experienced entirely in first person, explore, evade, and survive using a limited set of weapons and tools, including a pocket television used to tune into unstable signals. Evasion is tense; combat is frenetic, while narrative driven puzzles reveal a truth that refuses to stay submerged.
- SILENT HILL: Townfall is a full-length, self-contained psychological horror set against the cold, isolated backdrop of Scotland, 1996
Silver Coin — Part 4
In Part 4, look for the Silver Coin on a shelf in the Clara Woods area. Its bank is reported at the Laundry building’s fire exit. To reach it, open the alley gate with Bolt Cutters, then deposit the Silver Coin in its matching bank.
Gold Coin — Part 6
In Part 6, reach the SWDP section and enter room 793 through door 793. The Gold Coin is reported to be inside. After the container route, go to the red-lit hallway at the four-way split and deposit the Gold Coin in its matching Guide Dog bank. Do not confuse collecting the coin with completing this deposit step.
