To adjust how artwork sits on a Samsung Frame TV, open it in Art Mode and change its Mount setting. Mount controls the border around the artwork; it is not a zoom or crop control. If you mean that regular TV content is being cut off, use the separate Fit to Screen picture setting instead.
Change the artwork’s Mount setting
- Open Art on the TV and display the artwork you want to adjust.
- Open the artwork options with the remote. On Samsung’s Frame instructions, press Up while the artwork is displayed; on its 2025 QLED instructions, press any directional button.
- Select Mount.
- Choose a mount style. Press the down button to select a colour, then press Select to save.
The exact sequence and labels can vary by model and region. If Mount does not appear, check the user guide for your TV’s model. Samsung’s instructions for Frame Art Mode and 2025 QLED Art Mode describe their respective menu sequences.
What Mount changes—and what it cannot do
Mount changes the border style and colour around an Art Mode image. It does not resize the artwork to fill the screen, and it is not the TV’s general picture-size control. Samsung notes that available mount styles can depend on the artwork: options may differ when an image is not 16:9 or its resolution is below the recommendation for that model.

Use Fit to Screen for regular TV content
If a programme, video, or other TV input is cropped, look for Fit to Screen under Settings (All Settings) > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Size Settings. Samsung says this displays the full image without cutting off part of it. The option depends on the picture-size settings available for the TV and input, and features vary by model and year. It is separate from the Art Mode Mount menu. See Samsung’s picture settings guide.
Check the image resolution for your model
Samsung’s resolution recommendations are model-specific, not universal requirements for all Art Store artwork. Its Australian support guidance recommends:

The recommendations apply to the models described there; Samsung notes that product settings and guidance can vary by model and region. After the photo is added, use the Art Mode options available on your particular model. Samsung’s photo and artwork guide covers these import routes.
