The official material available for this title does not say whether it saves automatically, at checkpoints, between levels, or through a manual-save control. It also does not give a save frequency. The Xbox listing identifies cloud saves, and the Nintendo listing identifies Save Data Cloud, but neither specifies how or when the game writes progress to those services. What to do if your save is missing
No official source reviewed gives a title-specific recovery sequence, names a restore menu, or confirms that an earlier cloud copy can be selected. The following is a general precaution, not a procedure published by Trailmark Games; it cannot guarantee recovery.
- Pause before changing data. Do not delete local game data, uninstall the game, or take other steps that could replace a cloud copy until you have checked the platform account and its cloud-save status.
- Confirm the account and platform. Make sure you are using the platform account where you played and check that platform’s official cloud-save settings. The exact settings path and available restore options are not established for this game.
- Ask the publisher for title-specific guidance. Consult Trailmark Games’ current support channel and describe the platform, account context, and when the save went missing. The available official materials do not say what information support requires or whether the publisher can restore a save; do not assume recovery is possible.
The publisher’s Steam Community launch announcement confirms the game’s identity and release, but does not provide save-recovery instructions.

Can you transfer a save between platforms?
The official Xbox and Nintendo listings establish cloud-save features within their respective ecosystems, not cross-platform save transfer. The sources available do not confirm that progress can move between Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC/Steam. Treat a platform change as a separate save unless the publisher confirms otherwise.

No such equivalence is established. The Walking Dead: Streets of Survival is the 2026 single-player action game from Odaclick Game Studio and publisher Trailmark Games. Its saving and recovery behavior should not be inferred from another Walking Dead game’s support instructions. The Xbox Store identifies the developer and publisher, and Trailmark Games’ September 18, 2026 launch announcement names this title.
